Stefano Sensi should be back in Inter’s squad for their match away to Parma on Thursday, according to an Italian media report.
As per FCInterNews.it, Sensi trained with the rest of the Nerazzurri’s first-team today and is on course to be called up for their next match at the Stadio Ennio Tardini.
The midfielder has been hard at work over the last week as he tried to shake off muscular fatigue with an individual training program.
Sensi accompanied Inter’s players on their coach to San Siro before yesterday’s win against Genoa and cheered Antonio Conte’s side on like any other supporter, the report said.
Conte will have a completely fit squad again once Sensi returns, a huge boost as Inter enter a crucial phase of the campaign in their bid to win the Serie A title.
Sensi, who is under contract until 2024, has been limited to just 13 appearances across all competitions this season, with only one start.
