Inter have agreed personal terms with Atalanta wing-back Robin Gosens on a four-year deal worth a net of €2.5 million per season plus add-ons.
This according to Italian news outlet FCInterNews, who report that the Nerazzurri still have to find an agreement with Atalanta on the terms of a transfer before they can sign the German.
Inter have been moving quickly to sign Gosens, and made their offer to the player for a deal which would see him earn €2.5 million net per season plus add-ons which he quickly agreed to.
The amount is less than the net €3.5 million which had been on the table from Premier League club Newcastle United, but he prefers Inter’s footballing project.
Now, the Nerazzurri must convince Atalanta on a deal for the 27-year-old, and a meeting is scheduled for this afternoon between the clubs.
Inter will likely put forward an offer of an initial loan deal, possibly a paid loan, with an obligation to buy him permanently which is triggered by easily achievable conditions, according to the report.
