Inter striker Romelu Lukaku will start for the Belgian national team in their EURO 2024 qualifying match against Sweden this evening.

This is confirmed by the lineup announcement for the Red Devils as they kick of their qualifying campaign for the upcoming Euros, which sees the 29-year-old Nerazzurri striker in the starting lineup.

Lukaku has remained an important player for Belgium even whilst his club form has not been at its best, and he will start this evening, the team’s first match under new coach Domenico Tedesco.

The Nerazzurri striker is his national team’s all-time top scorer, having bagged a total of 68 goals from 104 appearances for the senior men’s national team.

Meanwhile, whilst both of Inter wingback Denzel Dumfries and defender Stefan de Vrij are a part of the Dutch national team squad during the international break, neither of the pair start against France this evening, the former due to suspension and the latter being on the bench.
