This is what Inter are bad at. The management seems to repeat the same mistakes; they fail to keep promising players develop mentally which results in bad performances during a few minutes the players spend on the pitch, and they never have the patience with the youth players to prove their worth to the team. youth players are sent on loan or worse they are sold. With their new teams, they find the right track and become star players..coutinho, pirlo, silvestre, balotelli, frey, seedorf to name only a few
Give icardi some time and he will be a star player.
