Cruzeiro’s midfielder Nilton is according to Brazilian media close to Inter and in an interview with Calcio News 24, the player’s agent Wagner Ribeiro confirmed that contacts have been established: “It is true, there is a proposal from Inter, but so far nothing official. They must negotiate with Cruzeiro and we expect something more concrete soon.”

We should’ve gotten Paulinho but we cheaped out (in few years it’ll come out that Branca screwed this too..)
We need a big physical DM that’s good with the ball. I’ve never seen Nilton but he’ll be cheaper than Fernando. If he’s cheap, I’ll be glad to see him.
The Nerrazzuri should have a Brazilian revolution this summer, So the style of play becomes Jogo Bonito 2.0 a combination of physicality and flair like the Brazilian national team plays. Nilton would bring a physical element to the Inter midfield and he wouldn’t come at a high transfer fee. Inter have been linked to Real Madrid Brazilian wingback Marcelo this past week which would bring a natural left footed wingback to the defense instead of Nagatomo or D’Ambrosio, He wouldn’t come cheap or expensive but will be on the transfer market at a reasonable price with Real Madrid bring in new reinforcement for there defense this summer. Inter should also have a close eye on Paulinho of Tottenham Spurs a player they were close with a year ago, He is regulated to the bench at Spurs and Inter could possibly make a player exchange with Tottenham sending a player they were linked to these past few months and a player struggling to find his form recently in Freddy Guarin. Guarin has struggled this season even after the whole Juventus transfer saga and then Inter handing him a new deal so parting ways would be best this summer. Inter already have Johnathan, Juan Jesus and Hernanes adding Nilton, Marcelo, and Paulinho would create a nice Samba connection. I didn’t mention Hulk a player that I would like to see at Inter because his buyout clause is ridiculous rather just see Inter make a player exchange with Milan for Robinho lol
I should have also mention Bayern Munich’s Brazilian Pillar Dante that has also been regulated to the bench most of the season would be a perfect replacement for the departing Samuel. PSG’s Alex is also a mention because he can be brought in on a boss man transfer because his contract ends this summer and he wouldn’t be a expensive purchase like Vidic. Inter are gonna have a revolution and it’s gonna be a fun one to watch. I believe that even a new coach will be brought in to make Inter grande again and at the top of list should be Sinisa Mihojlovic, Roberto Mancini and Diego Simeone to replace currant Inter coach Walter Mazzarri’s and his 3 man defensive tactics.
Mihajlovich would set Inter back at least 2 years and would be a disaster……..he is a small team coach at most….but simeone is proven a good coach with a great style of football that would suit Inters new squad of young players …..mancini is history….no use in that case Mourinho would be ideal…
Amongst the mass of info you posted 1 name did catch my eye. Paulinho. He’s younger than Nilton and an established star somewhat. But Spurs aren’t really proving appreciative of his talents. He also stated last summer that he was basically waiting for Inter to buy him. Somehow Moratti missed the memo. If Thohir could seize him… 😉
Isn’t that a regulation that forbid us to sign more than 2 non-eu player per season ?
I thought the rule is we can only have x non-EU players in the squad. Didn’t realise there was a signing limit as well. 🙁 🙁
Welcome Nilton
Alright, lets get another one of those great brazilians..
Good if can be true
