Turkish giants Fenerbahce are reportedly willing to spend big to lure Hakan Calhanoglu away from Inter Milan.
According to La Repubblica via FCInter1908, the Canaries are planning to submit a €30 million bid for the star midfielder.
In contrast to recent reports, Fenerbahce could pay Inter’s asking price in full.
Indeed, earlier indications suggested Jose Mourinho’s side would only offer up to €20m.
However, after reportedly agreeing on personal terms with the player, they’re ready to lift their offer.

Hakan Calhanoglu has allegedly promised to join Fenerbahce.
Indeed, he made that pledge during a phone call with club president Ali Koc.
Meanwhile, Fenerbahce’s bitter rivals Galatasaray have reignited their interest in the 31-year-old.
However, Calhanoglu’s desire to work with Mourinho puts the Canaries in pole position.
For now, they must agree terms with the playmaker.
That should not be an issue, considering they’re ready to offer him €6m net per season plus bonuses.
On the other hand, Inter have identified Granit Xhaka as the ideal replacement.

Good that we can sell Hakan is has no desire to play for Inter for 30mil but I think Xhaka would be a big waste of money. If we really need experience in midfield which I don’t think we do, we should go for Thomas Partey who is a free agent.
