Inter Milan are unsure of whether or not to keep pursuing Ademola Lookman, with Chelsea’s Christopher Nkunku their Plan B.
This via FCInterNews. The Nerazzurri will have to decide whether to raise their offer for the Nigerian international.
Inter Milan had a second bid for Atalanta forward Ademola Lookman rejected yesterday.
The Nerazzurri had initially offered €40 million for the Nigerian international. Then, for their second offer, they put €45 million on the table including add-ons this week.
However, that was still not enough for the Bergamo club.
This has cast significant doubt over Inter’s pursuit of Lookman.
And the big question is not just whether the Nerazzurri will make a higher offer. There is also little certainty on whether or not Atalanta would accept a bid raised by another few million euros.
Inter Yet To Decide Whether To Continue Lookman Pursuit – Nkunku Plan B

Now, the ball has come back to Inter’s court.
The Nerazzurri have yet to make a decision whether or not to continue their pursuit of Lookman.
That could mean raising their bid to Atalanta for the Nigerian international.
And in the meantime, Inter are also considering out-of-favour Chelsea forward Christopher Nkunku as a possible alternative to Lookman.
HOW WOULD LOOKMAN SUIT CHIVU’S FORMATION?. HE IS COMING IN AS A FORWARD OR AS A WINGSIDED PLAYER?. WE REALLY DON’T NEED HIM, I THINK WE SHOULD GET ONE ADDITIONAL STRIKER WITH A MOBILE PLAYMAKER AS I THINK THE MIDFIELD IS OKAY FOR THE NEXT SEASON. OUR BACKLINE SOLDERS ARE OKAY. IF LOOKMAN IS THE PRIME TARGET, THEN CHIVU MUST CHANGE HIS FORMATION THAT WILL ACCOMODATE HIM. FORZA NAZIONALE!
If you want attacking midfielder. Why not bring back Fabbian
If you want someone who can dribbling. Then buy Oristanio.
it is clear to every inter fan and his dog that we sorely missed a fast player who. can dribble and take on defenders. yes I see comments that we have 4 forwards but none of them can actually run at defenders or beat defenders on a foot race. lookman would have been a solid buy particularly due to his versatility. linking a solid midfield with the front 2-3. and overlapping to create overload. now if we want to give up on lookman, openda would be a good option. this nkunku guy won’t cut it out and even if he peaks he will reach thuram level at best. I understand the need for defenders but 40mil for leoni is robbery. an 18yr old who’s not really played big matches. upto 30mils would be ok. I would rather pay 40 for calafiori or dragusin and get them back from EPL. That being said, chivu is likely to move to a back 4. with pavard, basto, de vrij, acerbi, bisseck, darmian, agusto i think we are sort of covered
I really don’t think our management know what they want at this time, we have 4 strikers already in the team, we have an old squad back line that is in die need of fresh young players and our focus is on a fifth striker? I would love for lookman to player for us but there is a difference between a want and a need, I want this is different from I need this and at this time I don’t believe we need lookman. We need new defenders and a guy that can challenge chanaloglu for starting 11 spot.
usually chelsea sales for inter in lower price. but his physicality is risky against serie a defenders.
Bro fuck this BUY DEFENSE
Fcuk no…this guy is not cut out for Seria A…Benchods
