Despite scoring against Juventus last weekend, Marcus Thuram became an unpopular figure for his relaxed demeanor in critical moments.

Therefore, the 28-year-old was under pressure to deliver in Amsterdam. And delivered he did.

Goals on either side of halftime propelled the Nerazzurri to a routine victory in their opening Champions League outing.
