“The meeting served to defuse an unusual threat of a strike and provided a preview of a forthcoming internal reform that the federation’s executive board intends to approve.
“The ultimate goal would be to create an autonomous structure.”

There should be a coaches challenge where they can call the ref to review the VAR monitor once per game. If successful, they don’t lose their review and can request another review.
