Inter Milan are reportedly weighing up a summer offer for sought-after Freiburg goalkeeper Noah Atubolu.

According to Tuttosport via FCInterNews, the German shot-stopper remains a viable candidate to replace Yann Sommer.

Sommer is likely to leave San Siro when his contract runs out at the end of the season.

Indeed, the 20-time Serie A champions are not enthusiastic about offering a new deal to the 36-year-old veteran.

Therefore, they’re hunting for a top-class replacement.

Noah Atubolu has been on the club’s radar since the beginning of the season.

However, in addition to Inter, AC Milan are also interested in the 23-year-old, as they could sever ties with Mike Maignan.

Regarded as one of Europe’s most talented goalkeepers, Atubolu would also command a significant price tag.

Still, with his contract at Freiburg expiring in 2027, next summer could be the Germans’ last chance to cash in on their elite talent.
