Inter Milan are reportedly looking to offer Andy Diouf as part of an agreement to re-sign Venezia goalkeeper Filip Stankovic.
According to L’Interista, the Nerazzurri are keen to bring the 24-year-old back to the club in the summer.
Only a year after selling Filip Stankovic to Venezia, Inter Milan are eager to lure the Serbian star back to San Siro.
Indeed, the Serie B outfit paid around €2 million to capture the goalkeeper’s services last summer.
Furthermore, Stankovic has nailed down a starting berth at Stadio Alberto Pico as his own this season, making 34 league appearances.
Inter Milan to Include Andy Diouf as Counterpart in Deal to Re-Sign Filip Stankovic
Stankovic’s performances between the sticks have been nothing short of outstanding. Indeed, he has conceded just 29 goals in 34 league matches, keeping 13 clean sheets.
Therefore, Inter are looking to bring him back in the summer despite their ongoing pursuit of Tottenham Hotspur stalwart Guglielmo Vicario.
With Vicario likely to be Inter’s first-choice option next season, Stankovic would act as his backup.
Meanwhile, out-of-favor midfielder Andy Diouf could form part of negotiations after failing to secure regular first-team football at San Siro.
Inter could send the Frenchman to Venezia on a season-long loan to help him get more minutes and regain confidence.
Give Martinez playtime.
Vicario isn’t the answer. Why is Martinez not getting more game time? It’s not as if Sommer has been outstanding this season and Martinez has been pretty solid when he’s played. Imagine if he got a proper run in the team?
Spurs fans are clamoring for vicario to leave and inter management are thinking of making same goalkeeper their number 1 choice.
Someone will be getting a commission on vicario to be at inter obviously… his agent has obviously promised to pay part of his commission fee to the hopeless scouts that have been scouting him to be inters number 1 choice
We want instant success. Thats what the problem with out club.
There is no problem. Some fans act like being a champion is a bad season. While we rejuvenate the squad. I’m not happy we lost some games vs top teams where we had them. The fake pen for pool, the ref circus vs mulan game 2 and rube game 1 and napoli game 1, cause thats pretty much all the downs this season. The artificial turf combined with winter break helped the bodos. Chivu is a bit weak when it comes to tactical shifts throughout the game. So there was a lot of blah games where we didnt do much with the ball even though we had it. But that comes down to also rotations and weak spots on the field from the less integrated players.
But. To act like being in pole for the title and a 2 wins from the coppa is something to be ashamed of is insane. So some fans here are insane. Our club is not a champ every year. More like every 10 years. Check our history. So what beppe is doing is amazing.
Yes the scandall 20 years ago gave us some advantage to gain trophies while the punished ones rebuild. We made the most of it and our own rebuild took 8 years. Now we’re making the transition more smooth while on a verge of a double.
And they act like we lost 20 titles in a row.
Even last season was amazing. Really sad end but we were in till the end.
I refuse to believe that anyone dissing our achievents this season is an actual fan.
We lost some high profile games. We won a lot. We had some bad games and many good ones.
Forza Inter
Hey, my friend,
I have to tell you, that was one of the best comments I’ve seen in years!
I’m 100% with you, friend! If we win the Scudetto and maybe even the double with the Coppa, and all that on top of the coaching change, players who haven’t settled in yet, the team getting younger, etc.—that’s a very, very positive season! (Of course, the games you mentioned really sting—I would have listed exactly the same ones.) It would still be a great season.
Who would have thought that back in August when everyone was writing Chivu off? And now he’s probably going to win the Scudetto in his very first season….!! Brilliant!
And everything you said is spot on… Our rebuild back then took 8 years!!!! Now we’re rebuilding with a younger squad, a new, inexperienced coach, and we’re (probably) going to win the title anyway? What more is there to say (sure, the competition has been better before, but that doesn’t change anything here)….
Forza Inter per sempre
Sending all love and possitivity back at you bro. We need to stay possitive and above all – enjoy the 90 mins. Just remember game one in 2022/2023. Pazza all the way. Cause 5 mins jumping on a plastic podium lifting a trophy is just the cherry. All those ups and down and all the emotions floating…i would not change that for anything. Football is to be enjoyed one game at a time. Not always dreaming about gold. If it was the other way around…there would be no fans of smaller teams and lower divisions.
We love our team and we have to support it more than ever when they struggle.
We cant always complain and push the tower every time there is a weak month. Inter is a family. And you dont quit on your family when there is a rough patch.
You stay together and grind through the ashes.
As we already both said – that was a good season. Now time to finish it and pick up the titles.

I get your point, and i agree we’ve had a good season overall. But my main concern is that we don’t give enough chances to our youth players from the B team.
Many top clubs in Europe trust their academy players more and allow them to develop and prove themselves.
In recent years, only a few like Dimarco and Bastoni really made it into the starting team, and now Esposito is getting some chances, which is good. But we need more of that.
Instead of relying too much on experienced players every game, we should find a better balance between the first team and the academy. That’s how clubs build long term success.
After the sad ending of last season we couldn’t afford not to win the title. So i recon thats why the kids didnt got to play much. Just a little bit for the cup
every big club wants instant success. the problem with us is we don’t invest enough in fluorescing managing the youth team nor transitioning/integrating them into first team. what big clubs have done besides buying expensive players, they also produce wonderkids every season (to integrate them into first team as well as to sell them to get profits)
We should seriously get the atalanta scouts. Those guys are something else. And we should establish a satelite team or just chunk them in the u23. Anyways. I hope you’re enjoying the hard fought win tonight. Get ready to pick up the trophies in a span of 3 days in may. All vs lazio. I recon
Vicario as a 1st Choice GK Lol
25 mil for our own player?!
More like a cheap loan for a year
Would make zero sense to get him and vicario. You choose 1. He’s starter material and younger. vicario is aging, smaller, and lets in goals.
Unless we send him on loan then he needs more playing time, I’d feel bad if we let him rot on the bench.
That’s typical serie a mentality… Some people are beginning to get why serie a has been stagnant
