Inter and Corinthians are in negotiations for the former Milan striker Alexandre Pato, but there is one hurdle that the Nerazzurri have to overcome. The Brazilian striker has been linked with a move to San Siro this weekend, hoping to come back to Italy after leaving in 2013.
The 24-year-old endured a frustrating six years with Milan, a period in his career that was curtailed by injury. However, it seems now that Walter Mazzarri’s side are keen to bring Pato back to Serie A. Sport Mediaset reports that talks have begun between the two teams, but Pato’s wages will be a problem. The brazilian currently earns €3.5m per season, a sum that Inter are unwilling to match.
