Inter came out of the Toumba Stadium with a result which – at least in numerical terms – was positive, even if the performance was not up to the ones shown on American soil at the recent Guinness International Champions Cup. But he, probably the man most anticipated and one of the last to arrive home in Inter, did not disappoint showing great desire in his debut for Inter. Pablo Daniel Osvaldo commented on the match and the personal test against PAOK Thessaloniki to the microphones of Inter Channel.
FIRST TIME – “I really wanted to play and needed to take the field. This game, on a personal level, was like a workout aimed to increase my condition. My teammates are ahead of me when it comes to fitness right now, but nobody is still at the top. Overall, however, we are on the right track.”
QUALITY – “I tried to help, especially in defense, it was hot and we were in trouble. Only later I tried to create something in attack. But I’m still behind, the legs are not working yet.”
EUROPA LEAGUE – “Yeah, now the fun begins. We have a week to prepare, but I think we’ll arrive well to the meeting without any kind of problem.”
