“We are delighted with the result, but it was not easy. Today the team showed a great sign of character and this is worth more than everything. This must be the spirit in every game. I feel good in this position. I’ve missed being in top physical condition. When I’m in shape I can get closer to the goal. After these two weeks I feel really fit and this makes the difference. Lol, “they sent an important signal” you’d think they’re coming off 6 wins in a row and beat Napoli 3-0 on top of that.
Been a good game for them, but hardly the stuff that picks you up to change the season if you’ve conceded 2 cheap goals.
Finally, I really think Vidic should rest for the next game. The guy doesn’t fit in, at least not in a 3-man defense.
