Italian international Alessio Cerci is Roberto Mancini’s number one target for the January market according to Corriere dello Sport. The former Torino forward has struggled to establish himself with Simeone’s Atletico after a summer move from Turin. Mancini could use his excellent relationship with the players agent Sergio Berti to investigate the possibilities. As opposed to his predecessor Mancini will work very closely with Piero Ausilio advising and using his influence on the market. Thohir is on board with Mancini’s plans and hopes any cost incurred can be covered by reaching a Champions League spot for next season. If not by securing 3rd place then by winning the Europa league.

If I wanna make dreams ok lets say I want Cerci and Konoplyanka and or Ayew but if wanna be realistic then Campbell and Poldo or Bakkali sounds good enough

Not at all. You have to understand that we do not have any money to invest without selling. Selling Icardi would give us a lot of money to streghten the whole squad. See Southhamton, they sell their stars, reinvest and still manage to be in the top of BPL.

Cerci is NOT on the same level as Icardi – plus Icardi is much younger! Let’s face it; Cerci had ONE really impressive season in serie a and nothing else!
Quite unrealistic, but on the long run it’s good that Mancini’s influence can be used to sign players. I expect no significant transfer activity this winter, but during next summer I guess there will be some notable reinforcements.
