The new Russian-Cypriot owners of Parma have reportedly allocated a figure close to five million euros for the upcoming transfer market. Gazzetta.it reports that Inter’s Hugo Campagnaro, whose contract expires in June 2015, might be a low cost idea for the Crociati.
