It seems that Inter are unlucky lately regarding the behavior of their strikers, after Osvaldo’s incident comes Icardi’s altercation with the travelling Curva Nord after the Sassuolo game that put the board in a difficult situation in punishing him like what they did with Osvaldo respecting the team codes and values or let it slip as he is the most in form player at the moment and hoping that he renews his contract.
According to Sport Mediaset, there is a meeting today to decide what to do with the Argentine with a fine in the way that will off course anger the striker.
Author’s note: angry or not it doesn’t matter as he is leaving in June anyway now, the third place is a miracle, and no champions league football nor good economy next season, so some asset will have to be sold, so Good bye Icardi.

Such a misleading article…
Icardi did go back out and apologise to the fans…
He and Guarin should have never gone to the fans immediately after such an emotional loss in the first place…. Also imo Icardi bought Guarin’s fight which is who the CN really had a problem with.
Lastly not defending any wrongdoers in the Curva but they were here before these guys and they will be here after they’re gone. FORZA INTER

This isn’t at all about who’s been here longer or who’s the bigger fan. The club doesn’t award people on such merit, but the merit is rather what is best for the club. Antagonizing one of the best players on the team, and one of the rare ones that can get us out of our financial predicament next summer is not a smart move.
They were pissed and made a mistake. Icardi apologized, but so should the fans. Not to the team, but to Mauro specifically.

The curva is like checks and balances when the team is playing crap not that they are right everytime but they spend their money for the club .. NOT Icardi or Guarin.. We all know Inter is not the easiest team to play for, it’s in our nature to be brutal.
The fans apology will be dishing cash out of their wallet to see Inter’s next game.
Besides I maintain they really weren’t after Icardi but Guarin… Mauro just got caught up in it. Also as Mancini said “Icardi made a mistake, because we need to accept criticism. I told him he shouldn’t have gone to the stands, because it was only to be expected that the fans would be angry. Having said that, the Inter fans have always stuck with the team and I’m sure they’ll continue to do so.”
I agree that it wasn’t their intention to start with Icardi, Mancini is right when he says that it wasn’t a wise move to go and speak to an angry mob. That still doesn’t make the mob right, though.
The truth is that both the fans and Icardi are currently invaluable to the club, no one had bad intentions here, but things went wrong and it was ultimately the fans that did Icardi wrong.

he scores yes , he’s the best player right now yes but no one is bigger than the fans or the club . plus he’s not loyal !
That still doesn’t mean the fans should do as they please just because they feel like it. They were wrong this time, no emotional bond to the club or loyalty should disprove the truth. Think.

right but he should appreciate their feelings . they were wrong against him , i think ranochia should be double fined and for playing that bad

Man… this sucks, I’m afraid handa will leave if icardi does…. I think managment and mancini really like icardi… and it’s safe to say that the curva would change their mind after a few good goals

I want my club to the top ASAP and in order to do so we need money to invest and therefor Icardi (even though he has been preforming extremely well for a young lad) should be sold for a multi million price and Handa – who refuses to sign a new contract; “because he wants to win” should also be sold off (he’s around 30 years old anyways so.. )!
but he is goalkeeper and can play until 40 so….
and we are broke so…

NOBODY IS ABOVE THE CLUB > this includes that the club decides when a player leaves, not vice-versa 😉 so stop with this bullshit that he’s leaving this summer! He has a contract until 2018 and only the club may decide upon his future.

I support a big club with shitty curva puttanas fans who dont know anything about football.
I dont know if they are interisti or ex juve fans but they are fucking us up. For fuck sake they should support the team both in bad and good times those silly fans!
And just because of them, we will lose icardi..
Anyways…
Forza inter !
I’m sorry but you’re missing the point.
He made 2 mistakes, not even one. First one could be considered a provocation gesture (you may not understand this due to cultural differences) and then we all saw what happened. In any case he should have NOT swear at the fans. It’s like when a policeman is abusing you, but you are actually paying his salary! Hence, he got fined by the club.
I would perhaps understand throwing the t-shirt after a hattrick, or after giving your heart & soul for the club in that match but was unlucky.
Fans that go on away matches are neither broke or ass-lickers. They breathe INTER and they have this club’s DNA in their blood. They can smell an impostor/mercenary from miles away. They are the ones actually PAYING for their salaries and they expect to see something else. PASSION for this club.
He’s a fuckin` SNAKE (fits our emblem). He is toxic just like Osvaldo but in a cooler way. He treats people like he’s superior and does anything to serve his OWN PERSONAL purpose (like best friend’s wife). Not even Zanetti appreciates his personality.
Icardi is clearly living in his dream world & he’s totally missing the point. The point is to HELP THE TEAM to victories, rather than improving your personal STATS in order to join a ‘bigger club’. Nobody gives a fuck if you scored but the team LOST. To fuckin` Sassolo. 3rd place seems even more improbable now, and after 2 shitty displays and defeats in a ROW you go and throw your tshirt like you’re fucking Justin Bieber!?
They lost, it can happen, then shut your head into the ground and be ashamed or at least humble! Refrain from showcasing your egocentrical personality.
So if players that offer almost nothing to our team start throwing FREE tshirts it’s all rainbows and butterflies? They were clearly there [AWAY GAME!] to SUPPORT them, just that these ‘superstar-wannabe’ gestures are too much in this shameful situation. #13 and you act like everything’s cool. No, it is not cool!
You people don’t seem to know what being an ULTRA’ means. There are HUGE differences between CURVA DIE HARD fanatics and other spectators that are cracking sunflower seeds.

Yes, sayonara Icardi.
What i wanna see by the end of summer : 4-1-3-2
(Handanovic) — (santon -jesus -murillo/schar- darmian/r.rodriguez) –( yaya toure )– (shaqiri – kovacic – mikhitaryan/lavezzi) — (icardi – dybala/vietto )
As our starting 11
i want to win treble again
He is the only one in our team that has balls and character. It would be good that some of that rubs off on the other players so that we don’t look like pussies against second league teams. I’m behind him 100% and I would hate to see him leave but it will happen if Inter doesn’t reach CL and now that is only possible through EL.
Forza Maurito.

So… Icardi scored… most performing striker IMO…and then the fans take the blame on him…shitty fans I’d say. Forza Maurito
that are no fans just a couple of idiots you have that everywhere around the world
and look what theyve done. I do expect Icardi would leave 50% this June, and hoping he would reconsider on leaving Inter. But it looks like he would likely to leave Inter 85% now. Only a great offer of salary would keep him now at Inter from the looks of it.
that idiots should take a look at Borussia Dortmund fans that are real fans they are at the bottom of the table loosing more than we are and they surely would not throw away players jerseys. That our “fans” cant accept reality we are not inter of 2010.

One day he will become one of the best strikers in the world. That day it will be impossible to get him back !
Leave the kid alone. I would have been pissed too having all these guys abusing me when I was the only one putting the effort in. They should give him a pat on the back and tell him to keep going. The Curva, apparently our biggest fan group have basically driven the nail into any chance of Icardi signing a new contract and I would imagine this will be his last 6 months in Italy. No doubt it has cost us a good few million in transfer fees now too. Thanks for the support guys. Its easy to be a tough guy when surrounded by a few hundred of your mates.

This time it wasn’t a difficult situation with Icardi, but rather with the other players being shit on the pitch and the fans being idiots for blaming it on him.
Icardi shouldn’t have been punished. Yes, he’s leaving anyway, but this lowers the price and perhaps his motivation and effectiveness as well. I hope this doesn’t turn out similar to the situation with Sneijder, where we had to sell a world class player for a big ridiculous nothing and disgraced ourselves in the eyes of the entire world.
Good job, Curva Nord, management and 90% of the squad. Fuck you.
#InterInCrisi
Don’t be blinded by the fact that you like him
Nobody blamed him, as he was a sub. Should not be punished after offending traveling ultras?!?!?! Why?!?! He’s leaving when the club decides to sell his ass, not when he wants. That’s why contracts are made.
Sneijder treatment was totally wrong, I agree, but that was handled by stupid Branca.

NOBODY IS ABOVE THE CLUB.
What do you mean no one blamed him? There were chants against him at the end of the game. His name was being chanted.
Err how can you really know what his point was in throwing the shirt to the fans?
See, for example, I have a different opinion on that to yours, I think he threw the shirt as a sign of affection to the fans, both him and Guarin went there to talk (they were saying they’re giving everything, trying to calm things down), not as a symbol of saying “I’m a hot shot, feel privileged for having my shirt”.
I’m not saying the fans don’t love the club, I’m saying they were blinded and showed a wrongful manifestation of their love. This is why “the customer is always right” doctrine is shit. Because sometimes they’re wrong and impulsive. Don’t go saying that “you don’t need Icardi to score goals, but to help the team” because his goals do help the team, and God knows where we’d be without them.
He said he was sorry, I think the fans should do the same for him.
This isn’t Icardi being above the club, what’s happening isn’t at all good for the club, the fans should have taken that in consideration when they threw the shirt and chanted his name. And he wasn’t the one that started it, he did nothing wrong without being provoked. At best, he shouldn’t have been punished additionally by the club.
