However you fans are quick to point out Guarin or Kuz when the whole team plays like shit. Sell Kova in the summer cuz his market value will only drop. The arrival of Shaq has exposed Kova real bad. In my openion, Kova, Rano, Juan, Nagatomo, Jonathan, Campa and Obi MUST leave.

Interesting theory. If you don’t know it’s very rarely in football, to expect from some 20 years old kid to be leader in big club and doing everything that others can’t. But it’s almost impossible when he’s playing out of position and doesn’t feel trust of the coach. Otherwise, you can expect from experienced highly paid players like Ranocchia, Guarin, Palacio to be leaders. And when they failed miserably, it’s normal to thinking about their sell, not young talents.

Spot on frigo, inter must replace those so called leaders who don’t deserve to be at this team anymore. Santon can be captain next year since he is more consistent, italian(which is why the chose rannocchia), got character and was at inter before.. Previously I suggested andreolli but he might is more of a sub I guess.

I think Inter need a big figure on the field that will take the responsibility. It will guard the young players such as Kovacic from criticism. The current situation seems put Kovacic as a big figure on the club. It is different with the case of Coutinho in Liverpool for instance. In Liverpool, there is Steven Gerard, he the one who holding the burden of expectation. In Inter, it use to be Zannetti, Cambiasso, or Samuel.
Comparing to the current squad, neither Rano, Guarin, Hernanes, or Handa is not the figure to handle the burden. Then, we put the expectation to young player such as Kovacic and Icardi. The pressure itself also rose up, since the media in Italy also put a massive pressure. The young player should got a room to develop, not under such a massive spot light.
Kova got the potential, but he will not leap up if the structure of burden still like this. In this sense, I do understand why Mancini ask for Toure. He already prove himself in Barca and City, and people knew him as a big player. Player like Toure is the one who will got the spotlight of burden structure (media exposure, fans expectation, and leadership).

Interesting statement. To me, player that should not stay at Inter is a lot. Rano, Vidic, Campagnaro, Jonathan, Dodo, Felipe, Silvestre, Perreira, Schelleto, Kuzmanovic, Obi, Guarin, Medel, Taider, Alvarez, Hernanes and Palacio. For next summer, I only wish Inter can sell those player first. Just sign quality player such as Nabil Fekir, Yaya Toure, Luca Modric and Mat Hummels

But the rest I agree because it’s time for them to leave, some as Hernanes and guarin could bring some value to them With the right amount of marketing.
