Inter’s summer transfer strategy can be summarized with; five important players and one to cover gaps. This according to Sky Sport’s Luca Marchetti who sees an intense summer ahead for Inter. Especially since Erick Thohir has given his OK for something that should be a real revolution of the squad. The names are the same as always; Yaya Touré in midfield, Dybala or Jovetic in attack, Darmian as fullback and Dragovic or Vida in central defense.

Who is against french players? Lacazette is totally out of our reach, Fekir and Kondogbia are great options for us. But I’m not sure that we can convince them to play only in Serie A. I could add Cabaye in that list. But I’m not sure what’s his price, because PSG sell expensive.
Cabaye shouldn’t cost more than 20m but still we can’t spend that much on a 30 year old

Only Dragovic is a real good target, but I’m not sure that we can afford him now, rumored Dinamo ask around 12 millions. Yaya Toure is a high class, but he’s not very young, expensive, with huge salary and not very hungry to prove himself. I prefer someone like Kondogbia. Damian is seriously overpriced for a full back and we will need some left footed. Dybala is a very interesting and promising player, but he’s totally overpriced and out of our reach. Jovetic is a good player, but we can’t afford to sign obligation to buy around 15-20 million for player who’s injury prone and won’t playing regularly from ages.
Good shopping list. Our priority should be dragovic, darmian and any other striker than dyabala (cuz we can’t afford) or jovetic (cuz he’s a big expensive gamble)

well udinese is a mid-table team , and when i’ve seen them play against big teams there always defending . that’s where allan shines . but mancini plays a really high line and heavy possession based style . nobody knows how good he is when the team is at possession he’s a great tackler and such but then again that won’t matter since he’ll hardly use it at times . http://imgur.com/HjNyu2I …….. passing wise he’s not that much better plus he’s 24 years old it’s not worth it 🙂
so i will analyse our ”targets”:
1.Yaya Toure – i would love to see him in inter shirt but let be realistic. he is not young , so only if his price is in range 5-7mln. not more for him…
2.Dybala – good player, promising but too expensive. we cant afford him!
3.Jovetic – good player but years ago, now nobody knows??? injury pron player, too risky at all. Man city will try to get as much money they can so..Big no!
4.Darmian – good player i approved but only if price range is about 10mln. after all players in his position are not expensive!!!
5.Dragovic – big yes. definitely the most important player we need. When u want to come back to top and start building new team first you need to improve your defence, not your mid or your attack. Your defence is the most important thing!!!
6. Vida – i was not sure about him but after i watch last game agaist fiorentina i can say big no!
my proposal:
sell all useless players: nagatomo, obi, kuz, rano(if he didnt screw us and leave on free this summer as i think he will do!!!), guaro…definitely keep kovacic!!! and really start to build around him, not without him!!! dont try to buy whole new starting eleven just try to buy what you really need

I’m agree with almost everything. But you forget some things. Handanovic, goalkeeper it’s very important, for now he’s refusing to renew and we will have to think about replacement. In the list of useless i will put Dodo and i think that if Vidic will continue to be a backup player it’s much better to sell him, because his salary is huge. And I’m starting to think that we really have a strong need of real wingers. Not like Palacio or Shaqiri, because they are not.

Latest developments even show some signs that Handanovic could renew after all, I think.
As for Dodo, it’s a shame about that kid, showed some sparks when he first arrived, but it seems that he couldn’t keep it up, + his injuries are way too risky to seriously invest hope in him.
Also very good point about Vidic, who seems to be on the list of departures anyway 🙂
Finally, about wingers – I think Shaqiri is more than good enough for us. Palacio was never really a winger, so I can’t say I am bothered by the fact that he’s not doing perfectly on the flanks. I’d try to get him to cut down his wages and keep him though. Rodrigo is simply classic, I adore the guy.

plus vida was so bad yesterday Joaquin(33) gave him alot problems
because we have only one striker! and i am tired from that striker and second striker situation that is actually very dumb already! it was something before but not nowadays. every attack we made we have only one player in the box. both have pace and control and can play as second strikers. also its more unpredictable to change position of your strikers because now our attack is very static and easy to predict!
from what i see is if we get jovetic it’ll be our best option . he’s really great striker but an also a good second striker
it will open alot of options for us in terms of formations . from our current 4-3-1-2 to a 4-2-3-1 or even a 4-2-2-2 . jovetic can open a lot of new ideas
I thought Vietto and Benteke were center forwards. We are looking for second strikers and wingers.

I agree on lots of things and also don’t agree on several.
For starters, the first huge thumbs up goes to “definitely keep Kovacic” – absolutely agree, but I would also add “and actually give him a chance to play”.
Now, as for Toure, i think he’ll cost more than 5-7, I think we’d do ok to get him for approximately 10. The thing with Toure is that he is getting old and his wages will be massive – but the reason I prefer Toure over Allan (who would be my 2nd option) is because I think we need a LEADER in the squad – and Toure is as close as they get. He is world class and it is not only his quality, but also his presence that will be a lift to the whole team. He will be an authority the likes of which we don’t currently have on the squad. Our players are either plain bad or those that are good are too young to be any kind of authorities.
If we already had a leader, I’d go with Allan, who is probably possible (Udinese is an Italian team, how hard can it be to find an agreement, especially if Stramaccioni remains their coach) – a quality player who unlike Toure will also have resell value. Kondogbia is fantastic, but I think he’s just as untouchable for us as Dybala right now.
Just imagine a midfield of Toure/Kovacic/Brozovic (+ Medel/Hernanes on the bench)… gives me a headache – the good kind 😀
As for Benteke and Vietto – they’re good, but we need supporting strikers, forwards who can also play on the wing when needed – this is why the interest is about the likes of Jovetic and Pedro. Vietto would be decent if Icardi left – but as things stand we’re probably good with Maurito for next season.
Jovetic is risky, that’s undeniable. Jojo is a very good player, he’s shown it both in Fiorentina and in City, but the problem is that his injuries could prevent him from playing altogether. But he is intelligent, versatile and agile, + has experience in Italy AND abroad – just the kind of player we need. Mancini’s doctors should have a serious look before we splash the cash.
Darmian is good, I’d like to have him.
Dragovic is decent, though the most important thing with whoever we buy for the defense is that he is able to form a good partnership with Ranocchia – because Ranocchia is good with some partners and shit with others (most). Don’t forget we’re also getting Murillo.
Vida never convinced me.
As for Shaqiri – I’d definitely keep him. He’s really, really good, just needs to play constantly (which he couldn’t do at Bayern). Thauvin is a trickster, he’s explosive and fun to watch, but in truth is a very irrational player.

dont get me wrong i like shaqiri very much but just everytime i see him since he arrived he looked a bit fat… i dont know i think thats the problem in his form . maybe i am wrong but it just look like that for me… all other is pretty much the same as me.
I do agree with you on many points. my understanding we don’t need to buy big names but we need big players.
As an interesta i would prefer to buy each each year two good players and works with the primavera to build a team in around 3 years. than buying 7 players like Kuz and santon every year.
The most important thing to get rid of dead woods, the likes of Obi, Kuz, Naga, Rano, Juan, Guarin, Campaniaro, and Jonathan. Also I would prefer to sell Icardi and Handa, because they are not really that good they think they are. and their are demanding’s are higher than what they deserve.
We can bring in:
Cech: better keeper than Handa, looking for new team and Mourinho will be more than happy to sell him for inter.
Char/.Dragov: young talented, I would most of my budget on one of them.
Pedro: will be cheap and good choice.
Vietto: amazing player
Ibrahimi: Porto play maker, he is amazing.
Olssen: Our talented midfielder from primavera who our management let him go for free while they stick to obi.
Botta: I will return him back from loan, we didn’t give the guy an opportunity to prove him self. i believe he is what exactly we are looking for.

All these players are necessary but I would personaly prefer Allan over Yaya.

I agree because Allan is fantastic, affordable, young (which means resell value). In this sense I prefer Allan over Toure.
I disagree because we need Toure – not only because of his quality, but because of his presence. We need a leader, Yaya can provide this (though it comes with a price and is not long term).
Yaya would be a great addition alongside with Medel in the center of the field
