I’m seeing a lot of comments here about Shaqiri being selfish. There are many so i’m too lazy to reply to everyone of them. I don’t know guys if you watched Shaqiri playing before he came to Inter and during the games he had with us.
Shaqiri is far from that selfish player you all are saying just that he hasn’t got with who to play actually. Just look at the goal he scored when he came, the one with triangle passes with Podolski and he has delivered quite some awesome passes showing his incredible vision. So don’t get too smart now saying Shaqiri selfish and shit like that because when he came we all were happy like we signed Messi and indeed we should be happy. As soon as Mancio starts playing him in his position in which he played at Bayern and showed great success in the little chances he got we will have one of the best wingers in the world in our team.
Talking about selfish look at Icardi, the guy only against Roma could have scored a hat trick so easily but he wastes and wastes chances one after one. Luckily he scored that goal at the end. He caused the draw against Juventus and the departure of a fine player as Osvaldo specially looking the situation we are in now.
So be realistic guys please and Forza Inter !

I dont mind Icardi being selfish as every striker should be. He doesnt miss a lot usually so lll live with those misses. Dont think Shaqiri is selfish but i always felt Hernanes is excellent in the CAM role, so i understand why he isnt playing
But at least a good striker converts the chances he gets, he neither converted them neither assisted to others. I agree with you about Hernanes, i just hope he doesn’t get to cocky like against Udinese trying to do everything by himself. Mancini should play Shaqiri in the wing i think.

I don’t know when Ranocchia will grew psychicly, if ever. JJ is really inconstant this year, I really had high expectations for him. I also can’t understand why Mancio doesn’t play D’ambrosio and Santon at the same time, despite that neither of them can’t pass the ball into the box, they’re still the best choice for FB positions in my opinion. I hope Kovacic finds his place and settle in a first 11. I’m very happy for Hernanes, he is slowly comming back to form. Would also like to see Gnoukouri before Brozovic, because he showed such a mature playing last time, almost perfect game for him. Brozovic is making too many mistakes for my taste, specially with passing. Shaqiri needs to loose some weight, get some fitness and try to calm down, he really wants to show everything in a few minutes and maybe if he would pass the ball more often wouldn’t be so bad too. I hope they’ll pull 3 points against Chievo.
What do you mean Gnoukouri before Brozovic? Brozovic place is taken by Kova. I want Gnoukouri before Guarin.. Please don’t let Guarin play!
In my opinion Kova can play only behind the striker/s, maybe Mancio should try him at LM, Guarin has 6 goals and 6 assists in 23 matches this year

I think the article said that rano and jj will start, that doesn’t mean they will both start at cb position.. The fact that they only name 3 players in cb means vidic will occupy the last spot

Shakiri is technically much better than Palacio. But Palacio is smarter and he goes back to help in defense a lot.

I like to think that mancini is saving shaqiri for the more difficult games… But this is never the case.
There are so many possibilities to what his thinking, I can name many. One option seems the most logical and it’s something most coaches apply, that is “never change a winning formation” even if one of the best players is on the bench. that is why he mentioned he will have more of a place next year (which I hope he means that the team can adapt to shaqiris immense pace in a 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3 formation next year obviously dependent on the players acquired this summer).
what if dybala comes next season ? where would shaqiri fit ? dybala is going to be wasted on the wing ….
In my opinion there there is no way dybala will arrive but if he did.. Mancini can fit him into a 4-4-2.. Shaqiri as right midfielder/winger and on the left should be another winger with dybala and icardi upfront..
it might be just me but i think if any of dybala/jovetic comes we’ll play a 442 , not the flat one but rather a diamond similar to what we use right now … shaqiri might not fit in that type of formation , he’s best as a winger . i think a midfield three can benefit kovacic , brozovic and gnoukouri alot . a 4-3-2-1 or a 4-3-1-2 is the way to go for sure

there is no doubt he can fill palacios position, but maybe they lack the understanding of partnership which most probably Mancini doesn’t want to risk at a time where inter is winning.

lol I get what you mean.. Shaqiri will be amazing next year to be honest with him(right wing) Hernanes(attacking midfielder) and on the left wing someone like jovetic and icardi upfront.. It would be more sensible to use shaqiris pace like that.. and no interista should be worried shaqiris agent said he is in inter for the longhaul so I’m pretty sure he will be in the centre of inters plan next year without a doubt.
