Here are the headlines from the major sports papers in Italy:
La Gazzetta dello Sport – Inter, contacts for Jovetic. Touré in, Kovacic out.
Corriere dello Sport – Moratti: “We beat Agnelli”. Here’s Touré. The former president turns 70 on Saturday: “Gift? The three points.”
Tuttosport – Yaya Toure says yes to Inter.
Lots to be optimistic about here, and possibly some cause for concern as well. Only time will tell in all cases.

don’t sell Kovacic. selling a 21-22 yrs talented wonderkid and replacing him with a 31-32 yrs old fading star is a clueless move.
Kova???! Why not guarin WIth his stupid brain
what the f…..
LOL Sell Kova to Liverpool just to regret how good Inter can be if we’re not keep making Stupid Decision..
I would say sell Kova, but sell than Guarin, Kuzmanovic too. Brozovic will be obligatory redeemed but apart of that I would released him too. From our midfielders only Hernanes and maybe, but maybe Medel (as sub) should stay. Kovacic yes, but if we need big money, sell him, better him than Icardi.
Good, Who else do you want to sell dear boss??!!
Grow proper mane and than talk to me fanboy!
Fuck off oskol!
You talked to me First and than said fuck off ?! You ignorant little fucker! Try better !
I’ll try better when I spit in your little ass! What the fuck are u complaining about kiddo?
You are still here asaulting people?! I am sorry for you really. That much anger and pathetic in approuch is rediculous! You are behind keyboard swearing to other people?! Thats lame.Be nice, its not that hard
So you are here also to keep replying me buddy so dont show yourself a gentleman, I’m not assaulting anyone! I replied to your first comment in a humor manner then u replied me back with a bad method like a crying child, chill out
i can add one positive effect of toure: the learning effect he brings. he could be a role model of gnoukuri which seems like an up and coming player. this mix could be very useful. although to expensive in my eyes.
btw. good going rube. morata scored. i don’t like it but i hope they reach the final. italy need uefa coeff.
And lost in the hand of Messi. They doesn’t deserve to be champions. I don’t give a damn about coefficient as long it include rubentus
fair point. i hope MSN sends some messages to RuBe scum in the final.
Sell guarin ,palacio, naga and handa. Than buy toure 5 milion cause he is old , buy vietto/pedro/lamela.
sell kova=stupid. better sack mancini than sell kova..
Guarin and Handanovic should be sold. I know Handa is our best player but selling him means we can afford buying other players and get a better defense.
instead of selling kova why cant inter sell guarin ,hernanes ,palacio and Juan or ranochia
because the 5 of them would generate almost the same amount as Kova, probably…
plus nobody wants washed-up Palacio, Ranocchia or Guarin
personally i would not get toure. inter need one RB and an attacker as a minimum. The focus should be to get darmian and maybe jovetic or someone. to waste 15m on a 32yo is crazy. inters performance won’t get better until the weakest link is of a good enough quality.
imo. inter should get players in the age of 22-26. in this way inter can build a really competitive team in a 4-year span. add one quality signing and one improvement of the weakest player every season. and not get a 32 yo which in theory only are suited for the bench for the next 3 year. and at 5!! million a year. its crazy, totally insane. I’m actually starting to believe the useless gasperini and his view on inters management as below par..
my suggestion would be to improve with darmian. and add quality by jojo or whatever. guarin could be replaced with something if he is sellable.. thats it. keep the 4312. hernanes should be good for 2 more seasons. build steadily and faze out the old heroes such as vidic, palacio, handanovic(if he wants to leave)
i bet if mazzarri would get the reinforcements mancini has gotten, inter would have been better with mazzarri then it was before he got sacked. 4(!!) players in the WINTER window.
i actually think I’m going insane now. this damn pazza inter.. 😛
Come on we are talking about yaya toure here. And he’s just what we needed and missing to bossing midfield. Yes he’s already old 32, but so is tevez, alonso, robben, ribery, xavi, drogba, pirlo. We need this kinda player to start to.compete for scudetto again. We cant rely on young players, we need a right mixture of established player and talent just as juve, chelsea, munchen. How many above 30yo players do you think they have? Even though 4 years coNtract is too long and I hope that ausilio could get him in loan with obligation to buy or whatever not more than 15m. As for kovacic, I also object the notion to sell him unless there is mega offer or kovacic’s himself wants to go. But id rather to sell guarin, no doubt.
the problem is not his age, rather his price and salary. Juve, Bayern, Barca, Real, Chelsea etc. can afford a player like Touré, Inter can’t. well, technically Inter could, but the starting line-up is missing 4-5 players, so…
Well 15m for the strongest midfielder in the world sounds not so bad. Moreover in serie is slower than epl, yaya will be a real monster. As for wage 5m a season is also quite a bargain to have yaya toure to earn only that much. Sacrificing 3m from guarin and bring touRe 5 and allan 1,5 is like having an added player of 3.5 wage… yeah you can count out kuz and the like. But hopefully ausilio can get him as cheap as possible..
i still can’t believe he’s going to drop his 15m a year to 5m, but let’s see – as i said earlier, i’d love to have him BUT not by a, sacrificing Kovacic b, spend most of the transfer budget on one player while the squad is full of holes
i believe kovacic will stay,,since we lost race for dybala..we dont need to sacrifice icardi or kovacic..IMO
If Thohir and Ausilio think we can afford him then we can. They don’t seem like ‘throwing money out of the window’ type of people.
Inter can/could afford a lot, but has to stay within the FFP regulations. and that is the hard part. if we won’t make it back to CL in 2016/7 there’s a lot more shit to come from UEFA
(btw i still think that an own stadium is the key, with that revenue Inter could get out of this FFP-circle and start to build a team for the future, not only year-by-year)
Exactly! I don’t think they can afford any decisions that leads us to trouble. Own stadium, in my opinion a new one, would be massive step forward in terms of revenue etc.
Guys i have BIG news that you will surely love …
SEVILLA AND VALENCIA WANT GUARIN and they’re willing to pay 10m
I would thank you if this is a true news
We could of sold Guarin last season but he did not want to leave to play for a weaker team.
Hate to say it, but Sevilla and Valencia are both stronger than us.
great an old hag for fresh blooded kovacic, has Inter learned anything from selling pirlo the genius of football??
I dont think many of us knew Pirlo at the time but im sure all Inter fans know Coutinho and how the management got rid of him and bought Kovacic with his money.
how is that a bad deal when Kovacic is the subject of Barcelona’s interests .. they must know all about his data and average sheet.. there is much more about one player that what you guys see on the pitch, its much more and if you can’t remember Pirlo with inter, then you maybe just younger than most of us, most inter fans cried when he was sold to milan
I’m only 21 and Pirlo was long gone before i started loving Inter in 2004, but from what we can see now, Coutinho and Sneijder was the only two players that i never wanted to see leaving the club.
Sneijder had to go. He didn’t have motivation except for his wages and too demanding. Inter was (and still is) going through a hard period and had to get rid of players who didn’t care much. The only thing that worries me is that it is Juventus who took over again and today they are on top of the world again.
No man the management of Inter is to be blamed. Because when Inter won the Champions League they raised his salary(he wasn’t the one that actually asked it) and then when they remembered they didn’t have the cash they were forcing him to cut of his salary.
That’s one of the most shittiest things that Inter ever did and Sneijder’s departure ruined us for good. Because since he left we still haven’t been able to find a playmaker that can actually organize the team’s gameplay.
Defenders and attackers are not so hard to be found but the likes of geniuses like Sneijder,Pirlo etc are one in a million. Kova can be like that but he has to grow up and believe in himself, cause confidence is the only thing he is missing.
a lot of that say you’re gonna quit being inter fans leave now… we don’t need you nor want you! Inter >>>> Kovacic he’s not the biggest player we’ve ever sold and you can leave with him
This is not about 1 player. Its about the concistency shown by the management. If the management deceive its fan, its only natural that some will go as they cant identify with the decitions made.
To trade kovacic with yaya must be one of the most stupid decitions in a long time (salery + old). This only shows that mancini cant adapt his tactics to the players of the team. He forces a expensive 4-2-3-1 on a team build that only need small changes to succeed with another formation.
Mancini clearly shows he values 1 player over another: yaya. And you blame fans over kovacic? I say inter >>>> yaya
I f we sell Kovacic I ´ll fucking never cheer or watch Inter again!
dude..dont call yourself an interista..inter is bigger than the players..its break my heart when knew that Ronaldo, Ibrahimovic, Etoo, sneijder, maicon, cautinho leaves..but ill support inter forever..i think thats the meaning of being an interista..
If inter sell him I will going to follow Juve,we are fool again and again?
no loss then, you’re not a true interista.
Of course it’s never happening,I just want express my anger!! 😉
I’d be good with Yaya and Kova to start with Guarin and Brozovic as subs. Although Gnoukouri has shown potential, i think he’s to young with little experience and should be loaned out which will also give us some money. Or sell Guarin
Sell Guarin it is ! 😀
Thank God some of you have learnt this term “loaned” -_- Great talents don’t get fucking loaned. I didn’t see Barcelona loaning any of their best players. Including Messi, Pedro, Xavi and Iniesta and many others.
U keep Gnoukouri and give him playing time, you understand where he does best which is the holding midfielder position i think. Then you identify his weaknesses and make him improve.
The same thing with Kova, u make him explode and show his true potential and play him in the position which he can show his abilities better.
P.S. For all this a really good coach is required. And you may all want to kill me but for me Stramacioni is that good coach. Mazzarri was shitty, Mancini an improvement definitely since the team has a sort of identity yet he needs billions in order to win only a national league cause clearly he’s an amateur in CL.
Yaya in Kova out? TERRIBLE business decision. Would be catastrophic really. A four year deal to a 32yo player? Madness.
we need kova, what are you doing
i’m sick after read head line of GDS
KOVA will never go any where
Enough is enough! It can’t be true, that we will give so much power to Mancini, who until now failed to prove himself as a reliable coach! He’s just a coach, not english type manager and his job is to train and prepare the team. Ausilio and management must have the power to decide who’s in and who’s out depending our long time project. To sell young and talented Kovacic, only to bring 32 years old player, who’s over his prime with huge salary and who will cost 15 million euros is the stupidest deal ever!!!
not to mention that Thohir said himself he wants to build an Inter around youngsters, give a maximum of 3m / year for anyone over 30, etc…
btw, mancini still thinks this is Moratti-era or Man City, as it is right now Inter simply can not spend this sum on a 32 year old (even tho in the much slower serie a Touré could still compete for 3-4 years due to his physical attributes), definetly not by sacrificing one of the best youngsters we had in many many years. but then again, this is mr x without any clue what he is doing…
hope he wants Kolarov, Sagna and Felipe Melo aswell
The team needs the right mixture of youngsters and experience . I don’t mind selling kovacic for yaya +jovetic+Kaya ….
Nice headline for selling the newspaper.
We are building a team for the future so we are getting rid of Kovacic and bringing in 35 yaya toure….good job Inter’s management ….smh
Difference between 32 and 35…just sayin
I just liked Moratti’s words but on the other hand I find Kova’s departure so disappointing if it is really true, I would be so sad if he leaves, he really showed some good skills in two recent games, I dont understand Mancio if he cant see Kova’s abilities
If Inter is stupid enough to sell him, just don’t sell him to Liverpool, what are we their affiliated club… I refuse to believe we are that pathetic..
Although I don’t believe we will sell him just few month after he signed a new contract.. But who knows what going on in Mancini’s head.
No! He goes nowhere!! End of story!
return of the mahdi!
thats BS kova won’t go damn media.
Great to see you again mate! And I sure hope it is BS…
Clown, u looking in the mirror lol. Am a true love of inter that means am beyond being a supporter, black and blue is all over me. How dare u slander the man that gave us multiples titles. And now he is trying to take us straight back to the top where we belong and supporters like u who r ungrateful and do not respect our hall of famers like Mancini who will be mock him bro/sis go find yr heart for this glorious club or do one.
Touré in, Kova out
that sums up mancini as a ‘coach’. the biggest reinforcement for the team would be sacking this miserable clown
Sack sack sack…
Whose going to coach Inter with these unmotivated brainless players??
it’s not that big of a problem if the players are brainless. but when the man in charge is aswell….
I don’t think it’s yaya for kovacic . It’s kovacic for 3-4 players . Yaya jovetic and some others That would help the team more than kovacic would .
as much as we have preached about him being our centerpiece for the future, Kova isn’t leaving
Stop selling Kovacic, damn it!
Kova out… bullshit news
Doubt kova will leave, unless he wants to leave.
Kova out, Toure in… That’s not good. Where is the logic in kicking out a young talented player, only to replace him with a much much older player in the exact same position(s) and on a tripled wage. And worst of all is Kova seems to be happy to stay! Ausilio, you need to get your shit together and really hit it with at least one transfer this summer. Minimum 20 mil for Kovacic.

No! Ausilio must keep Kova at any price dude!!
Yeah, I would say so too, but it seems like he is no longer wanted by Mancini/Ausilio/Thohir. To me it now looks inevitable that Kova is being sold. Just another tragedy in our transferhistory…
please keep kovacic :'(
