Tuttosport writes today that Mino Raiola met with Inter to discuss Ricardo Kishna (young, offensive Ajax talent) and once again about Sergio Romero. The Sampdoria keeper Romero will be a free agent in summer and is an option should Samir Handanovic be sold. Inter are still working on an extension for Handanovic (after he returns from the National team) but yesterday Manchester United got in touch for the Inter keeper. Inter value Handanovic at 12 million euro’s.

Too cheap for one of the best goalie in europe. And one thing i will burn my Inter T-shirt if we sell kova to lpool only for 18mil… hopefully this management is not as stupid as branca…and by the way where is that pricks named branca something? If it’s true, I would say F U C K Y O U Thohir, Ausilio and Inter management. Handanovic is valued at least 15M. Guys, Liverpool agreed to buy KOVACIC at 18 million pound!!!!!! I will only accept selling Handanovic and Kovacic, if Inter gets at least 50M from those deals. What to do with 50M? We can get PERIN, DARMIAN, BENATIA. Otherwise, I will hate Inter management again.

If I’m not mistaken, we bought Handanovic for about 11m. So, it doesn’t make sense if we sell him for 12m.
He got 3 years older and has 1 year on his contract.
Handanovic for 12 mil is a steal. We should get at least 18-20 for him

You can talk what you want, but Handanovic price of 12 mil. is realistic. I would like to see 20 mil. from him but that will not happened. He has only one more year in his contract so he will be free next summer. Better 12 now than 0 next year.
United will probably sell De Gea so I presume that Handanovic could be a target for them.
But I still wouldn’t be surprised if he stayed considering the unimpressive price tag on Samir (not to mention the fact that Romero isn’t half as good as Handanovic).
A friend of mine [ManUtd supported] claims that De Gea wants to go to Real and if they sell him, they won’t buy any replacement, as they trust Victor Valdes.
AS Roma is very careful with their spendings, so where would Handanovic go?! He will probably extend and hope INTER can sign better players in the future so we can play in the UCL.
Even if United are getting a keeper, I think they’ll also look into Lloris, so it’s not even certain they’ll go for Handanovic anyway.
I’d love for us to keep Samir, he’s a great keeper and we can’t find anyone better at that price while we have so many holes to cover in other areas of the pitch.
I have no problems in selling Handanovic, but I just can’t understand how that one the best goalkeepers in all of Europe is going to cost just 12m.
He’s not like Guarin, who blows hot & cold, and goalkeeper’s generally have a much longer playing age.
I would’ve estimated a player like of his quality costing 18-25m.
If his sale helps keep Kovacic in the team, then I’m all for it, but for 12m, it is a robbery.

i’d still try to extend his contract so his price tag nearly doubles up – at the end he either gets a raise that might make him happy (also if Thohir really strengthens the squad) or Inter makes 20m+ by selling him. for 12m he is a steal right now
actually handanovic might be the one who stopped the renewal talks , it’ beneficial for him . if he renews it means he’s staying but if he doesn’t it’s more likely that man u and other clubs to buy him because it’s cheaper . it’s like when suarez renowned his contract so liverpool can big money . only this time it’s the opposite.
i think it’s up to our mercato aswell, if he feels Inter might be competitive again, he might change his mind

My problem is why should we sell any of our important players? I mean we are building a team and then sell the players to get what?
We should keep them both, and avoid buying names that will be called dead birds.

Romero would be amazing 🙂 his world cup performances were great; he’s younger than Handanovic; and being Argentine he basically belongs with us. If we sell Handanovic he’d be a fantastic replacement

Sergio Romero is NOT a good keeper. He is ok as a backup keeper but not a starter for the great Inter. Toldo –> Julio Ceaser –> Handa —> Sergio Romero???? Hell NO.
