Inter has finalized two large purchases that will dramatically change Roberto Mancini’s attack. According to SkySport24, Inter’s directors have now closed the deals that bring Stevan Jovetic and Ivan Perisic to Inter and the deal that will mean an exit for Xherdan Shaqiri (Schalke 04 is the destination) is now down to details.
For the Montenegrin, Manchester City has approved of a loan with the obligation to buy set at 15 million Euros and for the Croatian Inter has agreed to Wolfsburg’s request of 20 million Euros.

Good mercato indeed but i think we have to keep shaq,coz i have doubt in perisic. I think mancini knows this team well and want to build a strong team but with some magic from shaq who seems to found his form again, it will be more realistic than we have to change our attacking depatment a lot.

I would say pace is more important than topspeed in football… We have to remember that Shaq was a benchwarmer at Bayern and to give him only 6months to perform as the player we want him to be, is to little. He need more time,a preseason, and Mancio to guide him. And then im sure he would develop into a top player.

Rather sell shaq than guaro. Guaro is a complete midfielder that can solve games for us. His decision making and speed of thought has increased under mancio. Andreolli has heart and is a solid backup but doesnt produce moments of magic (or horror) like rano. I wouldnt mind keeping him if we can offload vidics salary. Hes tok expensive to keep on the bench even thiugh I still think if he stays he will have a breakout season now that we play 4 at the back and hes had a year getting acclimated to our league.

Our real weakness now is finding decent full backs. We have a real lack of quality in those positions. That’s probably the hardest position to fix in our squad.
attack will be solid with jovetic palacio icardi and either perisic, drogba or cassano. Cassano can sign with all these disciplinary and weight clauses. Wont cost us much and we known his quality in the final 3rd whethers its finishing or assisting. He puts dybala in his back pocket. Drogba would be good to bail us out when maurito is firing blanks and is a great personality/mentor.
So if we dint get perisic my money is on the free signing of drogba + cassano to give us game winning experience/genius/class to resolve the tight games for us.
If shaq does stay I would like him to see him tried out as a full back. Hes plays a lot like roberto carlos and perhaps he would have more or an impact if he didnt have to be a creator.

Entertaining is relatives depend on personal taste… As a spectator i like counter attacking football, for me that’s most entertaining. As a neutral i like game with a lot of surprises. As much as people said serie a is boring, i love serie a more than any other league.
