Inter aim for Antonio Candreva in summer and are looking to close the deal at around 20-22 million euros. At least according to La Gazzetta dello Sport that reminds readers about Roberto Mancini’s ”soft spot” for the Lazio player.
”A high price for this Inter that could offer Lazio to pay him in rates while taking the player on a loan with obligation to buy if certain (easy) steps are reached. A bit like with Eder and Miranda who are on two year loans.”
Inter are set to begin next season with a plus in the books, a difficult task should they not qualify for the Champions League (a qualification means 50 million euros in). Inter want Candreva for next season, it is tough but not impossible according to La Gazzetta.
”In this path then, Ljajic and Jovetic could be inserted. The Serbian should be redeemed from Roma (11 million, but renegotiable), Jovetic who once again trained by himself without the ball yesterday will be redeemed for 14,5 million unless City meet Inter. What I dont understand is why jovetic is not playing. He is a great player and every time I saw him playing for us he created chances he was dangerous and scored some goals as well. Obviously something is wrong with mancini and jovetic nothing else explains it. And its a shame to loose good players because of bullshit.
Remember the quarrel in the locker room after the Lazio game where he insulted Mancini and was held back by Ljajic who told him to show some respect? Ljajic has played every game since then (more or less) and has been doing well whereas Jojo has been on the bench since! Plus Icardi has been superb and has scored 12 goals so far!!!
I’m ok with Jojo’s sale but I really don’t want Candreva.
