Geoffrey Kondogbia spoke to L’Equipe about the national team and the Champions League spot race with Inter.
Kondogbia about not being called up by Deschamps recently: “I can understand it. Many players have shown themselves on the big stage and some of them in my role. This is not a problem for me. I have five caps with the French national team, games where I was a starter and did well. But I never took the European Championship for granted.”
About the Champions League goal: “My family makes fun of me because I usually don’t watch games. But I mainly do not watch the Champions games, because I miss playing those kind of games. I miss those sensations. Qualifying for the Champions League is the goal for Inter. Being out of it two years in a row would start to be too much (Kondogbia played in the CL with Monaco last season).”

Shut up! Two weeks ago we couldn’t dream about CL, I’m tired of reading about third place for years… just work, we need points and some luck.
If you miss CL game so much.. then you should play much much better.
Wake up Kondog!
Its no secret that Inter dont performed as well as it should because in most games that you played, you dont play your part as you should / expected.
And by the way.. we the fans… miss the CL even more than you.
You must not watch the games than… he has been great lately and we play way better with him on the pitch next to medel.
We have 2.1 points in games Kondogbia has played and 1.6 in the ones he hasn’t.
