Inter coach Roberto Mancini spoke to GR Parlamento, here is an excerpt of his interview. Read the full one on inter.it.
President Erick Thohir has stated that the club has full confidence in Mancini and the coach himself says he is staying.
“I am 100% staying, I can feel the club has faith in me. That’s never been in question. The important thing is that everyone is happy. I’ve been at Inter for many years, we have been successful together and I don’t want to ruin the bond that we have created. We have to define what our objectives are and understand that you need time. We can’t spend that much so we have to be careful and not make mistakes.”
Mancini also commented on transfer rumors on players, more or less confirming that Ever Banega will be playing for Inter next season.
“It seems Ever Banega is on the way in: he has quality, personality and will be useful. I don’t think Zlatan Ibrahimovic will return, it looks as if he’s decided his future and I don’t think it will be with the Nerazzurri. It’s a shame because he’s a player who can change matches.”

glad you brought that up, I told Mancini when he said he is sorry to see Kovacic leave, i told him on twitter , why would you sell your only creative midfielder.
Kovacic assisted many goals for Icardi, Mancini perefers tall physical players in midfield specially in Serie A but the problem is that your game will tend to be on the defensive side, this year we lacked a player like Kovacic.
even Rocchi almost scored with that amazing kovacic assist from long way to inside the box.

he was a player that started the attack and a player that tryed to slow the game(due to the fact that he was very young)!Those numbers are per goal!He was the one that passed the ball around and he gave many assists but we were lacking players on attack except Icardi!
