Gazzetta dello Sport today comments on the strategies Suning will use to re-launch the brand of Inter.
“Chinese group can move very quickly as the deal demonstrates, because every man knows what to do. That’s why Jun Ren, Zhang Jindong’s right hand man, will join the Inter Board with Steven, son of Jindong, and he is in contact with the best consulting companies and headhunters to find the best profiles to be included in the club.”
Regarding the mercato: “There is no time to change the deal subscribed 13 months ago with Uefa about FFP, but they can raise revenues with sponsorship and China e-commerce with Inter merchandising. Also Italian supporters have to be involved. But Jiangsu could buy big players with great salary, and that opens new possibilities, through loans to Inter.”

Give us a stadium!
Suning can buy every player inter want, then instantly loan it to inter. The beauty of having 2 club same owner.
When will people inform themselves god damn it. It is not possible, FFP are not a bunch of retards. Suning can’t just buy €50m players for their club and loan them to us, it is prohibited and would get us banned. Thats why we won’t have some 10 €50m arrivals this summer. We still have FFP to respect. What Suning can do is increase our revenue, and then we sign a new FFP contract with more loose restrictions.
INTER has to respect the FFP rules because we are an European club, but Jiangsu isn´t and doesn´t need to think about these things! That´s why a loan deal between the 2 could happen
Yes, Jiangsu could buy 10 Messis for all they care. But transfer from Jiangsu to Inter is still an inbound transfer for Inter which is monitored by FFP, so NO, we could not do deals in such a way.
But as loans they don’t effect us much – just like the loan-buy-later deals we did with Broso, Miranda, Eder, Jojo, Montoya, Ljajic and more…
The problem is that we use another club owned by the same company as the midleman to get these players. If Jiangsu pay like €30m to get him and then loan him to us its basically money laundering via another club by the same owner and FFP is definitely aware of that and doesn’t approve of it at all.
Don’t think you’re right; clubs today are already sending players between them on a “daily” basis – clubs with the same owners that is.
Fx Inter sends players from us to Prato in Italy and I gues we have a club in Scweiz as well we feed, and so have everyone else like Utd has a Belgium club whom they send players to, in order to give them playing time and for them to get an Enligsh work permit! Udinse is owned by the same family that owns a club in England and they have been exchanging players as well, so I’m not sure UEFA can stop two clubs, in two different countries from loaning each other players, perhaps on loan-deals which includes an must-buy-at-the -end-of-next-season option, like the loan deals we have with Jojo and Eder and more…
Did you read what I said? I said the clubs can send players even if they are both owned by the same group, but it has to be withing a reasonable financial margin. We can lend our youngsters for playtime and such, but we can’t just get a player for free on loan that cost Jiangsu €50m for example. Also it doesn’t matter at all that Jiangsu isn’t controlled by FFP, Inter is and that is all that matters. They have juristiction over Inter and for all we care we can have feeder clubs from all around the world, as long as they monitor Inter’s transfers it doesn’t matter.
I don’t want to discuss this further though since I don’t see it going anywhere. Cheers.

We can just get a year loan with a mandatory purchase where we can overpay the club in question a shit load of money even far over the real value of the actual player just so we can still bring a much higher caliber of player
You’re right. Thanks for taking the time to explain. We’ll probably have a good Mercato but no money splashing. But still we probably have a little more room to spend due to added revenue that can be factored in already for this season. And we already have 2 players for free + salary in Erkin and Banega, so we are ahead in terms of spending.
To add to you point about Jiangsu, the owner also stated he will no taken players away from Jiangsu because they also want to make that team competitive. What will happen is they could buy some of our dead weight. I read a rumor that Melo could go to them for 15 which means they can overpay slightly.
Yeah ofcourse Banega and Erkin for free are great signings and will definitely help us improve the squad for free. We can make some signings this summer, but someone like Brozović will most likely leave.
Fuck yeah. Having some huge money behind us doesn’t help us with FFP if we have no revenue. However, Suning can help us build renevue via increasing market in Asia, building new stadium etc etc. Then with high revenue, we can have more loose FFP terms and spend more.
