According to Corriere dello Sport Inter and Stevan Jovetic are finished. The Montenegrin player came to Inter before last season and has, despite high expectations, failed to deliver. Now Jovetic is looking for a club where he will be the key player.
The only good thing about this is that the breakup is mutual and Jovetic leave Inter on good terms. Therefore it should be easy to find a common solution of where the talented 26-year old should play next season.
There is nothing concrete yet but Spartak Moscow has shown interest, as well as Arsenal.

I think they need to give Jovetic and Ljalic another chance, we all know how great they played at Fiorentina and this season was just a bad one for them but it doesnt mean they are bad players they just need time to adapt but Inter want things to happen immediately

Its been 3 or 4 years since they were great for Fiorentina and since then they both have been fairly inconsistent + Jovetic is very injury prone. I have seen flashes of brilliance from these two but the problem is that those are just flashes, they can’t produce consistently and have attitude problems. There is no point in giving 12 mil for Ljajic and if we can get back some money that we gave for Jovetic and get rid of his wage, I’m fine with that.
Yeah but would you rather have Inter spending more than 30 million for Lamela or 25 for Candreva, money can’t afford to spend? Lamela came to Tottenham for 30 million in 2013 and his first season he barely played, his second he did play more and didnt play well, and now this past season he finally adapted and he played an excellent season, he is worth more now than he just to be to when Tottenham bought him and did you ever see them trying to sell him or get rid of him? No, they had faith he would show his potential and it paid off because he did.

Situation with Lamela and Jovetic is not comparable, Jovetic is 26 years old, very injury prone, very soft and can’t play any defence. Lamela was 21 years old when he went to Tottenham, isn’t nearly as injury prone and is an overall better player. Even if Jovetic stays I see him as a player who would come from the bench not as a starter. I think it would be dreadful if he started next season for us.

Ljalic was just on loan with 12million option to buy, I think they should have bought him, he is only 24 and didnt adapt well to their system but mostly because Inter played a 4-3-3 which Ljalic has no place in but he’d be better in a 4-5-1 supposedly the formation they plan on using next season

Banega is better than Ljajic and a lot more consistent. Ljajic could be a game changer but he’s lacking discipline and work ethics. Like many balkan players he likes to shower in stardom and that doesn’t fly with Mancini and it shouldn’t. It’s not like he’s Schneider.
Jovetic has a similar problem added to his injuries and selfishness with the ball. Eder is a much better back up for Icardi and I think this season he’ll be more adjusted and show his value
