The mist surrounding the future of Gabigol will clear in the coming weeks when a more definitive answer will come from his entourage after his participation at the Olympics. Santos have made it clear that the first club who gives them a satisfying offer will get the young forward and Inter’s 25 million euro offer fits the bill but they must wait. After, and if, Santos accept, the ball is firmly in Gabigol’s court as to whether or not he’ll accept the move.
Santos president Modesto Roma spoke exclusively to FCInter1908.it: “I confirm that Santos have received Inter’s offer and we all now await the decision from the player and his family. It depends a lot from them, so if they give their approval we will begin definitive negotiations with Inter to close the deal. Will you unlock him after the Olympics?
