“My favorite team? I’ve played in many teams, but as a child I was an Inter supporter, but when you become professionals you no longer have a favorite team, so now I’m a fan of the team that I play for.”
This was one of the answers by Andrea Pirlo in a series of fun questions on the official website of the New York City Football Club posted by supporters of the club.

We can add Bonucci to that list and in a few years we will be crying over Benassi
DIAWARA AND SAPONARA!!!
We needed to stay patient with strata and maybe we would have been better off he was improving every match day and don’t forget he was the first beat Juventus
I enjoyed that game more than the 2010 final! to go down in the first half from an obvious offside, to then climb back 3-1 and be the first to beat them in their new stadium 😀
I need a cigarette after just thinking about it!
It still left bitter taste in my mouth. 2.8 million euro + andreas gianguliampetro. What the fucking fuck
Diplomatic answer.
That is the saddest thing I read today. Pirlo will go down as one of the biggest losses in Inter’s history. That is due to management and fans emotional reactions, that unfortunately still a part of our club’s culture…
And the list could be extended with Carlos, Berkamp, Seedorf, Cannavaro, …..
I’d add Coutinho as the latest victim..
and probably kovacic
Cannavaro?
He forced himself out of the club, per Moggi’s instuctions, nothing to do with Inter…. One of the biggest scumbags in the history of football, i hope he gets an anal fissure for the rest of his life.
I’m not sure he was the one doing the “forced-out” tactics. If I remember right, it was Inter who forced him out, in a way, they sold him to rubentus and told him to deal with it,he wanted to prove himself with Inter but the club swaped him for the legendary Fabian Carini.(we’ve had Toldo at that time)
That is when Lippi infiltrate us, and destroy from the inside
bonucci
And Beppe Signori, the reason was: As a youngster Signori played in the youth system of Internazionale, but was eventually released after being told by the club that he was too short to succeed as a professional
couldn’t agree more
Yes, we let Pirlo go and decided to keep Nicola Ventola as great talent. Anybody remember him?
its all roy hodgson’s fault! sold them all, even told carlos he’d never make it as a left back!
Pirlo and Seedorf were huge mistakes by our management at that time. Bonucci was also another story as he was from our primavera. But still for me, Adriano is the saddest story of all. If Pogba worths 100 million euros today, Adriano would be 200 million euros at his prime. His enormous techniques and physical abilities could have forced Messi and CR7 to kiss his boots today. What a regret.
