Really? He is a fine right full back in my opinion and incredible fast….could be an interesting pairing with Candreva on the right!
He’s a right midfield turned into a FB. Meaning he’s may be fine going forward but defensively he’s weak. Actually so bad that Barca prefers to field Sergi Roberto who’s a CM and Mascherano who’s a DM turned CB in front of him. Imo, and as a Barcelona fan (it’s my second team after Inter), he’s not the solution to our FB problems seriously.
Okay if you’re following Barca too it means you know the player much better than I do. And being super fast doesn’t always means being a good defender (cough cough NAGATOMO cough cough!)
