“In today’s football players change clubs too much” – my point from yesterday excatly and the reason why I want us to build a team around Italians with 4-5 foreigners as well.
They won’t want to change to any other team as long as they play regularly; they KNOW how lucky they are to be at a big club like Inter, the foreigners simply calls their agents and go to Lonon or Paris in stead.
the problem is, we rarely see any good italian talent this day..
Don’t agree; I can´t recall a time where there have been as many young talented Italians playing regularly in Serie A as now!
I think all the lads in the U21 national team are playing regularly in Serie A which is great and also something Biagio was very satisfied with!
Players like Caprari, Verde, our own Dimarco, Perin (who´s still quite young), Caldara, Conti, Lorenzo Pellegrini (who´s been called the biggest talented of his generation), Berardi, Bernadeschi, Bellotti are all players worth keeping an eye on and building a team around!
Not to mention Veratti who´s still very young and whom I´d love to see back in Serie A!
the only player i want in that list is veratti.. he will be a huge upgrade.. caprari is our player already. we need to focus on FB.. and italian FB today are not so good.
There are many young Italian players to build a future team with. I’m not saying they are ready for us now but getting in a couple next summer and then again a couple next January and so on would be great.
We should start with those that are the most “ready” like Veratti of cause, Berardi, Bernadeschi and I’d love us to have a duo up front made up of Icardi and Belotti! It has been ages since we had an Italian goal getter up front (Vieri)!
The other mentioned players needs more experience but could be future players for us!
with caprari, martinez, gabigol, candreva, perisic,icardi, jojo and palacio we have too much players upfront mate.. even if we sell jojo and palacio, we should just sign one player to replace him. i think we need to focus on our defence first..^^
Please read what I wrote my friend! I´m not saying we should sign 7-8 young Italians next summer and have a squad of 45 players or something! Of cause not. I´m simply pointing out to you, because of your comment that there a A LOT of young, talented Italians playing their football in Serie A now and if we ad a couple next summer (Berardi+Bernadeschi) we could keep on adding a couple the coming years when players like Melo, Jojo, Pala, Eder , maybe kondogbia and what about Handanovic? all leaves…
I would love us to be more “Italian” and we have in Serie A a lot of players to chose from today!
