Haha, I feel bad for Ausilio. He works super hard to get rid of one shit, or another deadwood. Then in fraction of a second, another shit comes back to deal with…
Yeah but Manaj barely has wages. He might stay as well. Suning wouldn’t even notice.
Yeah, but he occupies squad spot. The one that Pinamonti deserves to get. And if you say so, if he doesn’t have any impact, and no one wants him, heck, let’s just release him… The thing that we should had done with players like Nagashit, Jonathan, Pareira, Taider, Belfodil, etc ….
Yeah, he should be released. Players like Taider and Belfodil and even Nagatomo a couple of years ago had some market value though.
Yeah, “nominal” market value. Just like Rano, he has some value, but nobody is willing to match or increase their salary at Inter. So that means, even if there is an offer on the table, the player will refuse the transfer….
this guy is not even 20 yet
There are other more impressive young players that deserve to get a shot (Gabi and Pinamonti). So someone who didn’t do well technically and behavior-wise doesn’t deserve to get playing time away for the mentioned players…
another loan is good, I really like menaj, he is very good in my opinion gets into good goal scoring opportunities and can take on defenders and good finishing instinct
Oh shut the fuck up with all the possible respect. I don’t use this kind of language usually but you just got on my nerves with this childish comment.
But how can you talk shit like this, when he barely had 5 complete games all season long with Inter, and in those that he played he showed potential.
And actually he played with Pinamonti with the youth squad and won them the most crucial matches so just shut it dude.
He’s a central striker and he actually would be a valuable addition to the team but somehow Palacio is still preferred second after Icardi. How are we going to develop players if we apply this shitty behavior you are suggesting. The same is happening to Gabigol as well and Gnokouri. There are games when the players in their positions are playing shitty or injured and yet the coach picks up some old guy, same goes for Miangue as well. Barcelona didn’t grow up Messi,Busquets, Xavi,Iniesta by sending them on loans or selling them with buy back clauses. They gave them the minutes they needed to develop.
Belfodil was so promising but guess what, under Mazzari he didn’t play not even 3-4 full games as a starter and that almost destroyed his entire career.
He’s now slowly recovering with Standard Liege after being in the Arabian League.
It is because our management have the poor logic as you do why we are where we are right now. We don’t have the patience to develop talents but instead go for flops like Jovetic.
Greetings to our fans from Algeria!
I admire your passion for your fellow countrymen, but Internazionale is not a test platform for unknown foreign players… Primavera is different though, as my support is obvious from my profile pick! As for Manaj, he was loaned out to prove his worth but guess what he flopped, and was kicked out!
Try to be respectful to the ideas that you don’t agree with, otherwise you are not too far away from Libya …. and there people express their disagreements with guns and bombs …
Well you first learn to have respect about our players. I have reacted the same for Gnokouri and all the other youngsters that we didn’t develop but instead we lost players that could have developed to superstars long before Manaj came just so you know. This is not at all because he’s albanian. You saw that I mentioned Gnokouri,Gabi,Belfodil, Miangue and none of them is albanian.
I talked with arguments, if you have counter arguments please bring them on. Otherwise what you said is still very childish. That kind of logic as I said has brought us in this shitty situation.
And using ur logic we could say the same for Gabigol as well, it’s not he did do much. But yet again you say he has to get his chance.
Then quit using double standards, Manaj, Gabi, Gnokouri, Miangue all have to stay and get up to 10 games this season at least 30-40 minutes per game if not as starters. But there is room for them to start as well. Because players of the first eleven get tired and that’s how you do rotation. By changing one player each game and giving everyone a rest and a chance to play.
Like I said because you making repeating myself since you didn’t respond to any of the arguments I gave you and which are correct Barcelona, Arsenal, and basically every big club known to produce talented players has not loaned them but they have developed them carefully inside the club.
Perisic couldn’t adjust for the better part of the season last year playing almost every match and you expect from a youngster like Manaj to adjust that easily in a small team where he was at best considered a 3rd option ???
And I mentioned the Primavera since you said Piamonti was better when actually every time Manaj played with the Primavera he was the main man of the team although you should know you can’t compare them because they are different types of players.
And I’m very respectful but you lost all my respect treating a 19 year old kid like that without having no reason at all. Don’t go Drama Queen with the guns and bombs comments btw.
Zanneti wasn’t considered much when he came, he was just some player Inter bought, but he was given the chance and with his work ethic and talent he will be the most beloved player of Inter ever most probably.
And so can become these young players but only if they get the chance !!!
manaj isn’t good enough, belfodil most definitely wasn’t good enough.
albanian players in general minus like 2- hysaj and hetemaj are not good either.
thats like me saying jozy altidore is the best player in the world because hes american..
lets put bias nationalism aside.
Man are you blind or what. I said this about other players as well.
I’m not talking just about one player only, I’m talking about the wrong logic the management of Inter uses with youngsters. We don’t even get money out of them, let alone to make them key players of our first team.
Pirlo,Sedorf were deemed not good enough just like have been so many players that we let them go as youngsters and then they became superstars.
I would be talking a whole lot more about Manaj instead of others if it was nationalism biased !
You can’t say for any player he’s not good enough when he hasn’t got the chance. Especially youngsters of his age.
while i absolutely agree that inter doesn’t make use of the youngsters, this case i don’t think your examples are good. if you mention pirlo, coutinho even bonazzoli and theres literally 50 more players you could have mentioned and i would have said yes, we should have invested more into them and/ or profited.
but belfodil played 8 games for us for a reason. he was terrible, i can go on about him. manaj… again, albanian hype like every other one. we’ve seen many players good at the primavera level fail at the first team level as they lack experience. im not sure on the training situation, but if they are not training with the first team at higher levels you cant expect them to succeed.
When a whole class fails that is the teacher’s fault. It can’t be just the pupils’ fault when all of them fail.
Why are you so obsessed with this albanian hype, I couldn’t care less about any other player regardless of nationality. I think only for the best interest of Inter.
And the truth is we don’t know how to develop them, and we never get anything out of them not even sell them with a decent price.
We get so promising youngsters from other teams or when they are 19-20 and still fuck them up. Look at Kovacic now, yeah he started slowly in Inter and Real but he’s slowly being a key player of Real why because we prefer players that are closer to being a finished product instead of working on them.
And Belfodil played only 1 match as a starter and 7 others coming from the bench with a total of 181 minutes for the whole season !
Even Pereira has gotten more minutes than him. Mourinho worked with Benzema when he went to Real even though he was young and he was way out of his form, but he worked with him and got the best out of him. But that’s not something our club encourages and unfortunately we have had some dickhead coaches who have no nerves for developing players.
It’s all wrong, sending Gnokouri away with the other youngsters. We can give minutes to at least one youngster in every repart at least if not in any position. Because 10 veterans in each game can guide a young kid who has potential but yeah just sell them all. We’ll win the Champions League again after 40 years if we’re lucky enough ^_^
It’s good we have money now but being like PSG and City doesn’t guarantee success at all, we need to have a system how to develop and promote young players into the first squad and not buy some mediocre players who do not have any idea what Inter means !
Belfodil and Taider already have shown their class after they had left Inter. They’re not good enough for Inter. Belfodil was purchased for 11m with Serie A experience, so you would expect instant impact, like Icardi did. Gabi is different, he already has 4 caps (2 goals) for Brazilian (not Algerian) national team, and zero Serie A experience. You cannot compare him with a flop like Beldofil. Taider also got so many chances. I remember Dumbzzarri benched Kova for him on many occasions.
Manaj’s chance was to do well in his loan, and come back. What he did instead was not doing well, and also getting in fight with his loanee club. So he does not deserve a chance now.
Belfodil is lucky that he’s still playing football, after Mazzari destroyed him, he even ended up playing in Arabian League. I’m happy seeing him in the belgian league recovering. Not that he’s my favorite player or anything like that. Come on man when the likes of Pereira got to play more games, what do you want more to see that the treatment he got was unfair.
Just that I got sad seeing him getting bought and being treated like that.
Taider was even a regular starter actually for a time. So if an average player like Taider, Poli got to be featured as starters why can’t we give players like Gnokouri, Miangue, Manaj at least a few matches from the bench. This way you know who is fit to be in Inter and who not. And at least you get a 5 million fee more or less for them.
And to remind you something about Manaj, Juve was going strong after him you know. A lot of famous football players have compared his talents to Rooney. A hard worker that is a well rounded attacker.
Now you are telling me Manaj had the chance because he played 2-3 matches last season. Because he was loaned out, tell me which younger player that we loaned out had a decent time of playing minutes. Except those that had a buy clause included.
None of them !
So stop using that excuse, unless the teams are needing a player of that role very bad they always end up in the bench. The cases where loans are successful are less then 5% when it comes to Inter !
My friend,
A great player will show their value no matter whom the hell the coach is (e.g. Kovacic and Icardi). Secondly. you swayed away from my point. Belfodil was purchased with the expectation of instant impact.
I agree with you that we should give a chance to our youngsters. Sometimes their chance is to shine in their loaned club and then come back (like Adriano). Manaj messed up that chance.
If the player cannot get a starting spot in a shit club, why does he deserve a starting spot in our jersey??!
Finally, if Rube wants a player or indicates it, it doesn’t necessarily means that player is good. Latest example is Lord ZAZA. Or, M’Baye from our squad if you recall. Where is M’Baye btw?
What about M’Baye he just turned 22, he had a good season with Bologna the last one. This season I’m not sure why he hasn’t played that much.
But for sure he is on equal terms with the old Melo if not better.
But how could Belfodil provide instant impact from the bench ? Icardi was lucky that we were in crises of strikers when he came because he as well could have ended like Belfodil. When he came Milito was out for such a long time and he used that time well. But if Milito was to be in his best and healthy make no mistake he would end up just the same.
Same Kovacic, Sneijder went he came, we had a poor midfield. Because otherwise we would have kept him at the bench too. And the sale of Kovacic shows it better. Selling Kovacic for a “proven” player which was meant to be Kondogbia. Now Kovacic has perfected even his defensive game. Why ? Because the club let Mancini decide to sell him.
But if they would have forced Mancini to work with him, now we would have had the best midfielder in Serie A. In his last season with us he really started developing.
I’m not saying every young player we get is going to turn out a superstar but at least give them a chance and follow a plan that will increase their chances to develop and become useful players for our club or at least sell them with some profit.
Pirlo was loaned out from Inter two seasons in a row and they weren’t convinced, sold it to Milan and the rest is history.
When there is competition from such clubs in the same time means that a player actually has some potential.
I’m getting where you coming from but it just doesn’t work throwing players away like they were garbage.
Every big club maintains at least the same 15 players from the previous season, but we regularly keep changing more than 10 of them every season.
Finished products are a risky policy, you have to develop and buy when you can’t find a player of that quality in your academy.
And let’s talk about Manaj too, last season he had just 33 minutes. Seriously man how on earth can a player of his age impress in just 33 minutes ??
Even for those 33 minutes he was praised when he played.
He has started just 4 matches and 4 from the bench with Pescara with a total of 470 minutes played and he has 2 goals, if he stayed he would have reached easily 6-7 goals. These are the numbers that Icardi was having more or less when he came to Inter.
And while in Inter he didn’t have any issues regarding behavior.
So don’t tell me he hasn’t got any potential because you are wrong !
All I have to say is this: We have very few minutes to give to a young player in attack, and in my opinion Pinamonti with his few minutes in EL showed that he deserves to get those minutes. We cannot give 5 mins to Manaj and 5 mins to Pinamonti. I’d rather giving 10mins to Pinamonti …
That is a matter of preference, this was a long debate but I’m still glad I did it since you backed off from the saying “We don’t need more shit like him.”
And I would have done this for every youngster, not just for Manaj in case you still thinking I defended him only because he’s albanian.
I’d rather engage one like Manaj though, he’s more physical, has trained and played more with seniors. Has more confidence and knowledge giving that he’s 1 year and a half older.
If it was for me I’d sell Palacio as well, we got only Serie A now, we got a lot of wingers. Gabi and Perisic can do the attacker if Icardi gets injured, but that would open more minutes for Manaj and Pinamonti also.
And if the time comes that somebody talks like this about Pinamonti, I’ll defend him just the same 😉
We have to make more minutes for our young players, that’s the only way we can reach the big clubs !
so belfodil is not a flop and jovetic is? belfodil is a fraud , we gave away the best Italian player ever for him
Mazzari was a fraud, he asked for Cassano to leave and then got Belfodil.
And he gave Belfodil only 181 minutes during the whole season…
I’m not saying he was Benzema but that dickhead didn’t even give him a proper chance !
We sure have had lots of worse players than him who played a whole lot more !
it was just a wrong move both mazzari and belfodil, but jovetic is not a bad player he just didn’t get the playing time he deserved
Yeah especially Mazzari, he was so static, the same formation, the same players no matter how things went -_-
