He’s absolutely clumsy, funny he wasn’t like that before injury. I dunno if he’s still not back to full agility or he’s damaged forever. Time will tell with him. He also needs more competition for the role to wake his brain up, poor decision making sometimes where he loses the ball on a dribble and can’t recover… still our best lb right now.
AnsaldI offensive stats look bad because he tries riskier passes, he tries to play way more final balls than Danilo who often plays it safe easy pass

You never know, if we are clicking in midfield cuadrado will be so busy tracking back to cover Ivan since Alex Sandro is mediocre as a defender… one thing they lost with Evra was the defensive nous, yes he was an older French player but he was formed in Italy and had a very Italian way of operating as a fb. Against big teams Evra was their go to guy.
If we do play ansaldi I can see him an Perisic giving Sandro/cuadrado reasons to track back. Let’s just hope jeisons good form continues so he uses that zip in his step to cover for ansaldi defensively.

Should have been kondo gaglio double pivot and brozo joao mario cmf or amf. Our best players are midfielder. Lets use them all. Attack them from the start. Joao and brozo have great work rate. It should be good defensively

Will work if Perisic candreva take turns dropping down, model central with Miranda on right, and finally double pivot with gaglia kondogbia, kdog really shines with gaglia next to him. Real question is mario or brozo, when brozo is on his game he’s a monster amf since his shooting and aggression is better than mario.
Maybe start with brozo and then introduce mario to change it up, Eder or palacio for me, palacio has the smart moves, better touch, more experience and more of a big game player where Eder tends to disappear. But Eder does offer more consistent off the ball harrying with that motor of his, just that his final product is too often poor and he never seems composed/relaxed on the ball… always seems anxious/nervous. Palacio may have lost pace but the guy knows how to make a no 9 shine just like his old self used to make a considerably worse Martin Palermo look like more than a seal!
Kondo for Brozo.

For me it’s simple, play ansaldi if we want more attacking which would be risky against Juve, or play naga who’s better defensively if his job is only to close down cuadrado and then give the ball to Murillo/kdog for distribution.
One thing I like about ansaldi is that he crosses first time, naga always cuts in and it never works because his style has been found out, would love to see a coach to instruct naga to run to the byline then cross… i guess problem is his dribbling/crossing technique is too poor… naga attributes are his physical qualities and solid mentality, probably the safe choice against Juve.
Santon needs to be sold immediately, yes he’s a professional and doesn’t let his preference bleed into his career but the guy is a self admitted milanista, maybe we trade him for antonelli since montella doesn’t use him?

I am not sure about that. But i think kondo gaglio give more balance to the team, stability and physical presence in the mid. Brozo for me is not suitable for double pivot mid. Just my opinion though

Totally and santon guarantees at least one massive eff up per game, he’s like ranocchia in that sense… but at least rano is bkss for 87 minutes then has 3 minutes of insanity.
Do you guys remember when santon was introduced last time after he was benched? He was horrible. Santon is a momentum/moody player, he hasn’t the confidence right now against sharp guys like cuadrado/fatzalo
