Inter Milan star Hakan Calhanoglu scored a penalty as Turkey dismantled Hungary 3-0 in the second leg of their Nations League playoff tie.

After a dominant 3-1 first-leg win in Istanbul, Vincenzo Montella’s side put the Magyars to the sword in Budapest.

Hakan Calhanoglu set the tone for another landslide victory, converting a penalty late in the first half.

Therefore, the Crescent Stars have earned a top-tier promotion as 6-1 aggregate winners.

Meanwhile, Inter took to X to congratulate their midfielder, saying: “Calhanoglu from the penalty spot with Turkey!”
