Inter Milan rank fourth in Serie A for squad value, behind Napoli, Juventus and AC Milan.
In this season’s ranking of Serie A squads, compiled by Calcio e Finanza, the Inter Milan team has been valued at €194.7 million.
Napoli lead the rankings on €249 million, with an increase of just below €54 million compared to last season.
Juventus rank in second, at €235.2 million, whilst the Rossoneri narrowly pipped fierce rivals Inter to third on €197.4 million.
Calcio e Finanza primarily calculated these rankings by working out the estimated value of each player owned by the clubs.
This figure was based on their gross salary and amortisation quota.
Inter Milan Spend More on Wages Than Serie A Rivals
Despite their ranking, Inter Milan spend more on wages than all of their Serie A competitors.
Annually, the Nerazzurri’s wage bill contributes to €141.5 million per season.
In comparison, Napoli and AC Milan spend just €114.7 and €104.5 million respectively.
Meanwhile, Juventus’ annual wage bill is worth a reported €123 million.
Despite the Inter Milan squad’s high annual salary, the lack of players signed for high fees in recent seasons means their amortisation and depreciation figures rank far lower.
