Inter Milan are awaiting further medical updates on Henrikh Mkhitaryan after the midfielder was forced off early in the 3-1 defeat against Napoli at the Stadio Maradona.

The Armenian left the pitch in the 32nd minute, shortly after the penalty incident that led to the opening goal of the match.
