Inter Milan have enjoyed an impressive start to life under Cristian Chivu, going on a roll in both the Champions League and Serie A.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport via FCInterNews, Inter have emerged as the only Italian team capable of handling a hectic schedule.

Despite entering the new Serie A campaign as the outside favorites, Chivu’s men have already asserted their dominance.

Indeed, Sunday’s 2-0 home win over Lazio saw the San Siro giants move to the top of the table.

However, it’s worth mentioning that they are level on points with Roma, whom they beat 1-0 in mid-October.

In addition to winning eight of their 11 league matches, Inter have been flawless in the Champions League.

Indeed, Cristian Chivu has won his first four European fixtures in charge of the club.

Therefore, Inter headed into the international break as one of only three sides with a 100% win ratio in the league phase.

Despite collecting 22 points in Serie A, defending champions Napoli have faltered in the Champions League.

Furthermore, Atalanta and Juventus have already put their chances of securing knockout qualification at risk.

Meanwhile, Roma’s Europa League campaign is on the brink of collapse, leaving Inter as the only team thriving on all fronts.
