Nicolo Barella is one of the players that the Nerazzurri will be looking at on Saturday night in Sardinia when Cagliari and Inter face each other at Studio Sant’Elia. At 20 years old, Barella is already making waves in Serie A and has been touted as one of the best prospects of his generation.

All the big clubs in Italy including Roma, Juventus and Milan have all showed interest in him alongside Inter. The Nerazzurri started following him during the second half of last season and tomorrow will be an opportunity for a live assessment.
Inter have an excellent relationship with Cagliari’s President, Tommaso Giulini, who was once a director at Inter. Last summer, Cagliari bought Senna Miangue from Inter for €3.5m and also got Andreolli for free. Inter could be interested in Barella in the summer, especially if Brozovic and or Joao Mario leave. For nowm the asking price of Barella is €20m.
