Gary Medel’s transfer to Inter is expected to be made official shortly and in the meantime Cardiff City’s Ole-Gunnar Solskjaer comments on the player: “A deal has been done in principle with Inter Milan and should be announced soon. If not he will probably be playing for Cardiff against Coventry in the League Cup next Wednesday. Medel is fantastic as a player. We have not lost him yet, but we expect that to happen. When we were relegated and he had Inter Milan knocking on his door it’s easy to see why he might be interested.”

He wont play in Cardiff’s next game. He is an Inter player now and is in Milan. The only thing missing is the official announcement.
