Stevan Jovetic spoke to SkySport after the win at the Friuli.
“I have played here at Udine many times and often with Fiorentina I would lose. I am very happy for the goal and especially happy about the three points which are the most important thing. Icardi’s goal? Very happy, we are a good team and we will show it during the season. But we need to play more together, we haven’t played a lot together up front so far. And it is true that we care for each other, we are friends and we play for the same goal. If I score 15 goals and he scores 20 that is great”, says Jovetic with a laugh. He then continues:
“The goal is the scudetto? We are there and we believe in it. If we don’t believe in, how could we win the title? We will see by the end of the season. On a personal level I feel at home here, I have only been here a few short months but I feel like I have been here 4-5 years. Everyone have accommodated me in a great way and I hope to repay it on the pitch. At City I had several problems that I do not want to talk about, now we will try to win something this year.”
