In this morning’s paper edition of Italian newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport you can read the analysis yesterday’s 0-0 draw against Lazio and what kind of problems Inter have at the moment, according to the paper.

The Milano-based newspaper reports that Inter hav escored “only one goal in six games, that is even worse than Benevento  who are dead last in the Serie A. This is a serious problem and a bit paradoxical since Inter striker Mauro Icardi still is at the top of the standings as the most prolific goalscorer in the Serie A. Inter has become sterile and predictable, it is time to change the recipe and Inter coach Luciano Spalletti has to invent something. Additional players are needed, and new ideas that can turn things around. The 4-2-3-1 has worked well for three months but now things have slowed down, on the wings where Inter always were a threat, Perisic and Candreva now face resistance. The midfield has good physical characteristics but lacks creativity, only  former Fiorentina player Borja Valero gives the team some creative light but not at a consistant level.”
