Will Javier Pastore remain a Paris Saint Germain player come February 1st? This is the question raised by French newspaper L’Eqipe this morning, also giving their readers the opportunity to respond.
If PSG coach Unay Emery wants to keep his jewel on the roster it is obvious that the Argentine must get more playing time, especially since we have a World Cup taking place in Russia later this year. From this point of view a transfer to the Serie A would be most welcome, since playing time definitely not would be an issue there. However, with the exception of Inter (who have had recent and concrete contacts with the player) not many contacts have been made from other Serie A clubs. Another factor that can not be neglected is the relationship Pastore has with PSG President Nasser Al Khelaïfi, it is not a surprise to hear that Khelaïfi is very fond of the former Roma and Palermo player.
