Gerard Deulofeu’s exclusion from Barcelona’s squad for the ongoing Copa Del Rey tie with Celta Vigo appears to be the end for the Spanish winger at the club, Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo suggest.

Due to Barcelona manager Ernesto Valverde’s recent choices regarding Deulofeu this is something that Mundo Deportivo thinks clearly indicates that Deulofeu is no longer part of the former Athletic Bilbao manager’s plans.

No official offers have been made to the Catalan side, although a lot of interest has been shown from Inter and Napoli among other clubs, including Vincenzo Montella’s Sevilla who are a new addition to those interested.

The 23-year-old winger – who has 18 months left on his contract at the Nou Camp – has made 16 appearances in all competitions but more often than not finds himself resigned to substitute appearances, particularly in the league. Despite limited minutes, the Spaniard has still contributed two goals and three assists this season.
