Two of the major Italian sports newspapers, Roma based Corriere dello Sport and Milan based La Gazzetta dello Sport both report of the same thing: Inter coach Luciano Spalletti is still not satisfied when it comes to Inter’s transfer market and the incoming players.
Gazzetta reports that the dream signing that would make Spalletti laugh that still is missing and both newspapers analyze the statements made by the Inter coach after the end of the Nice game. Gazzetta reports that “With Vrsaljko this summer’s transfer market would go from a 8 or 9 to a 14. But every other team have two players for every role, but the managers have a plan in mind let us see if we can make it happen. We have 37 000 season ticker holders so we need to speak to him clearly or the truth will come out at some point.”
Bringing Vrsaljko to Milan would allow Spalletti to complete the roster for a 4-2-3-1 and a 3-5-2 system using Lautaro alongside Icardi.
Moreover, with the Champions League to play, Inter need another quality midfielder and the roster needs to expand although this means that not everyone could enter the Champions League list.
