Inter Sporting Director, Piero Ausilio collaborated a lot with agent Beppe Riso to convince Spanish side Ateltico Madrid to let go of Sime Vrsaljko.

A loan deal with the right to redeem gives Inter coach Luciano Spalletti another option for the right fullback position. Something that is confirmed by Italian newspaper Corriere dello Sport who presents the figures from the deal revealing that the loan itself will cost Inter €6.5 million and should Inter use the redemption right it will cost another €17.5 million.

With the World Cup in Russia, everything has been delayed, but now only the medical examination remains before the deal can be finalized. The only problem is that Inter’s Chief Of Medical Staff, Dr Volpi, is not in Milano so the examinations and the subsequent signing of the contract will be delayed by a couple of days.

However, thanks to a night of accelerated talks, there are no doubts left. Yesterday the two parties, Vrsaljko’s agent Giuseppe Riso and Inter, worked on the final details of the contract.
