Inter manager Luciano Spalletti spoke to Italian TV channel Premium Sport after the 1-0 win yesterday in the International Champions Cup, in an interview aired today.

The former Roma tactician began by speaking about new Argentinian striker Lautaro Martinez stating that. “Lautaro scored a great goal today, but must do better when it comes to passing the ball to his teammates. The players that only play in the offensive phase have trouble whenever the opponent plays like the team we played against tonight.”

In conclusion Spalletti was asked if he thinks Inter will be able to pull off one of the signings of recent years by completing the signing of Real Madrid’s Croatian international midfielder Luka Modric to which he replied: “I do not know, you need to speak to our Sporting Director Piero Ausilio. For me it is a very important thing if it happened but I think it is very difficult.”
