Inter’s Argentinian young striker Lautaro Martinez has all the reasons in the world to be in a bad mood. First he had to skip the game against Bologna that gave Inter their first win in the Serie A this season, then he missed the two international friendlies with the Argentinian national team, and now he has to sit in the stands when Inter host Parma today at 15.00 CET at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza.

Milano based newspaper La Gazzetta dello Sport explains the situation: “The hematoma in the left calf is still giving the attacker some problems and the Inter medical staff want to take all the right steps. There is a fair chance that the player will not be ready even against Tottenham  which is scheduled to be played this Tuesday at 19.00 CET, as Inter coach Luciano Spalletti suggested yesterday. However Inter want to avoid making things worse regarding the player’s injury so there will be no risk-taking and so Lautaro will be rested.”
