Ashley Young could complete his move to Inter as soon as Monday according to a report in today’s print edition of Gazzetta dello Sport.

The 34-year-old Englishman has already agreed a deal in principle with Inter and his agents are expected in Milan today or tomorrow to try and iron everything out.

Inter are still waiting to see what kind of fee Manchester United will demand for their club captain, who is out of contract come the end of this season and has reportedly knocked back an offer to extend his stay with the club due to being so set on the idea of joining Inter.

Young is one of the longest serving players currently in Manchester United’s ranks having been with the club since the Summer of 2011.

He has since went on to represent the club no less than 261 times across all competitions and has won a Premier League title, one FA Cup, one League Cup, one Europa League and three Community Shield’s.
