Inter striker Romelu Lukaku, wingback Denzel Dumfries, and goalkeeper Andre Onana are all set to return to the starting eleven for the Nerazzurri’s Serie A match away to Salernitana tomorrow.

This according to today’s print edition of Rome-based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, via FCInterNews, who report that the trio coming back into the team will be the three changes that Nerazzurri coach Simone Inzaghi makes compared to the team that faced Juventus.

Lukaku did not start against Juventus in Tuesday’s Coppa Italia semifinal first leg clash, although the Belgian did come on as a substitute during the second and scored a late penalty before being at the centre of scandalous racist treatment from some Bianconeri fans.

The Belgian had, however, started against Fiorentina in the league on Saturday, and according to the Corriere he will return to the Nerazzurri’s starting eleven for their next league match.

Meanwhile, Dumfries did not start against the Bianconeri on Tuesday, as Matteo Darmian started on the right flank with Danilo D’Ambrosio starting on the right side of defense.

However, with D’Ambrosio suspended for tomorrow evening’s match, and Milan Skriniar still injured, Darmian will start in the back three and the Dutchman will start on the right flank.

Lastly, goalkeeper Onana will return to the starting eleven.

The Cameroonian had been on the bench against Juventus on Tuesday, with captain Samir Handanovic given the opportunity to start.

However, Onana is the first-choice option in goal, and the 26-year-old will return to the starting eleven tomorrow as the Nerazzurri go in search of three points to bounce back from their poor recent run in the league.

The Corriere’s complete predicted Inter starting eleven for the match away at the Stadio Arechi is as follows:

Inter (3-5-2): Onana; Darmian, Acerbi, Bastoni; Dumfries, Barella, Brozovic, Mkhitaryan, Dimarco; Lukaku, Lautaro.
